Super Cool HVAC

Mitchell showed up when promised (his company was hired as part of a manufacturer recall) and even gave me some advice on another problem I was having with my system. I appreciated the extra few minutes he took to offer a solution.

Technician was pleasant and competent. He resolved our issue quickly and corrected other issues that presented themselves. He treated my unit as if it was his own.

I don't know where to begin. On August 2nd I had opened a claim with my home warranty company. The issues were never resolved. I had the same guy come out 3x’s and he couldn't fix the unit. I was informed about super cool from a coworker. He was honest, quicker to fix my unit, and resolved the issues right on the spot! I couldn't be more thrilled with his work. I have already recommended him to several of my coworkers and will continue to work with him! He is easy to get a hold of and definitely on time. He is also handling all of the maintenance issues from now on.

This was a great experience. From the first contact on the phone to the immediate response time. They came in and assessed the problem, fixed it and had me back up and running same day. I really appreciate these guys. Great work and would absolutely recommend them!

Jake and Super Cool were great to work with. Jake was totally professional and knowledgeable. Communicating with Super Cool was very easy. They will be my go to Hvac company in the future.

I called Super Cool HVAC and they sent someone to service my HVAC system within the hour! Excellent customer service! Courtland got me up and running in no time.

Excellent service; especially in the middle of the weekend. My upstairs AC went out and Super Cool HVAC came out first thing Sunday AM to repair it. The communication was excellent as well. They sent me a confirmation appointment and updated me when the technician was due to arrive.

Mitchell is very knowledgeable and transparent about what needs to be done. Very timely response and finished the job quickly, great experience overall and would gladly recommend him to anyone needing any sort of HVAC work done.
