Called Mitchell this morning with an AC issue. He was able to send Courtland out before noon the same time and diagnose the issue. They were great to work with and I felt like I was getting an honest treatment instead of a sales pitch. Would highly recommend!

I cannot recommend Super Cool HVAC and Mitchell enough. We use American Home Shield (AHS) as a home warranty company. When AHS could not find someone to come service our high rise HVAC and I reached out to Super Cool HVAC, they were able to come out same day. When it was decided that our HVAC unit was irreparable, Mitchell worked with AHS to make sure that we received a fair amount of reimbursement for the very high cost that it costs to replace an HVAC system. He worked diligently to ensure that they had all of the information they needed, waiting on hold for over an hour one time, and checking on the status throughout the waiting process. He literally wanted to make sure that we would not have to pay all of it out of pocket. When it was finally approved, Mitchell offered to install the HVAC next day, since we had gone without for a couple weeks at this point. The whole Super Cool HVAC team was wonderful when installing our new system. They were timely, polite, and worked efficiently to get it installed. When it came to installing the thermostat, Mitchell made sure I had all the information to access all the features on my phone. Again, their service is A+ and I would recommend everyone to use Super Cool HVAC for their heating and cooling repair needs.

Mitchell is super responsive and great about explaining solutions, even if the solution doesn't generate more revenue for him.

I had just been burned by an HVAC company that wildly overcharged for a repair that didn't even fix the problem (Over $600 all in for a $50 part and 16 minutes of work). Check out my previous review for that tale. I didn't even want to call another HVAC company but I heard good things about Super Cool. The tech showed up and was extremely thorough going over my system, after multiple tests inside and outside the house he found that my thermostat was the culprit. He charged $100 to diagnose this and it completely fixed the problem! He even texted a few hours after he left to make sure everything was running well.

I can't recommend this company enough. The owner is passionate about his work and it shows. Thanks!
