I’m very happy with the service Super Cool HVAC provided and I’ll be calling again when I need service in the future. Mitchell was quick, professional, and honest. He fixed my issue temporarily so I had heat the same day I called, and kept me updated on the part that needed to be ordered. Great experience overall!

Mitchell and his team were very responsive. Ultimately, I chose to replace my aging HVAC system, and they were able to do so within days. Quality of work and professionalism were top notch.

I called Super Cool for a second opinion on trouble I was having with my heat. He was able to get out to me pretty quickly and fixed the issue for a much better price than I was quoted elsewhere. We needed a gas line run to our grill. Called Michell and his team and they were quick to respond. Jake was sent to complete the job and did amazing work. Very professional, on time, and a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend to anyone needing their service.

The owner Mitchell was super responsive and was able to schedule an appointment the next day. He called me before our scheduled time and was able to come earlier than our planned appointment. Mitchell performed the maintenance and then explained what he did and any issues with me in detail. I also had a leaky faucet that I ask Mitchell if he could fix. He took a look at it and determined there was a part needed to fix it. He ordered the part right there and said he would be back the next day once it arrived. Mitchell was back as soon as the part came in and fixed the leaky faucet. Great, friendly service that I would highly recommend.

I hired Super Cool to troubleshoot a problematic part of the house that didn't cool well. They managed to find that there was a return completely drywalled over, incorrectly sized supply ducts, a collapsed return duct, and leaks in the air handler itself. How no one caught these before is a mystery.

They doubled the airflow to the problematic area, and showed up precisely when they said they did.

I highly recommend them for any HVAC needs.

Top notch service! You would be doing yourself a disservice not to go with Super Cool HVAC. They came to our home the evening I called with an issue, and they immediately figured out the problem with our AC unit. Mitchell is a terrific technician.
