Super Cool HVAC

Recently moved into a new to me home and after a few months AC was not working properly. Super Cool owner made a quick assessment of repair needed. He was kind and honest to note that the unit looked new-ish and repair may be covered by warranty of the original installer--which after some investigation, it was. Very classy, highly recommend Super Cool.

They’re always a text away, but what I really like is that they take the time to explain how it works and offer options and enough information to make a decision.

The technician was very professional. He explained what he was checking and his findings. Cleaned up after himself and was on time.

Mitchell, did a fantastic job. He responded quickly, diagnosed the issue, and not only got it up and running for us but made corrections to the installation that will prevent the issue in the future. Excellent service!

Mitch was super helpful. He diagnosed our AC was frozen and came back the next day and repaired our whole unit. Didn't price gauge us at all. Cheap, easy and just a great overall guy. If you need your AC or heat fixed in the Uptown Charlotte area I highly recommend.

Mitchell was timely, responsive, and respectful. He answered all the questions that I had, pointed out which items from a previous inspection were unnecessary, and was honest about possible solutions, always ensuring that I was OK with it and without trying to make more profit to himself. He did the AC maintenance for summer but also made sure that the furnace was in good condition for the rest of the winter and resolved a problem that we were not aware of right there and then.

Mitchell was great! He knows his systems, cleans up after himself and very friendly!! His pricing is super reasonable and his maintenance plans are great!! He has done a lot of work in my neighborhood and is our go to guy!!

My thermostat was cutting off due to blockage in condensation drain line. I made a service call in the morning and Mitchell was able to come address the issues the same day in early afternoon. Mitchell responded quickly to fix my air conditioner in uptown Charlotte. He quickly troubleshot the problem and fixed it the same day. I believe a lot of companies would have tried to sell me a new unit for thousands as mine is over 10 years old. Instead he was honest with what needed to be repaired and tuned up my existing HVAC system. If a company tells you that you need a new compressor, give Mitchell at Super Cool a call first for a second opinion.
