Mitchell and his crew are not only knowledgeable and good at what they do, but they seem to be passionate about their craft and go the extra mile on the details. Bonus points for putting drop cloths and wearing protective covers over their shoes when working inside.

I've also been data logging the performance of the new install and it looks to be configured perfectly.

Amazing customer service experience during a very busy, hot summer holiday weekend. The technician, Omar, took his time and thoroughly diagnosed my problem. Unfortunately, they weren’t able to immediately get the part because of the holiday. Mitchell, the owner, reached out to me and helped me find a part and guided me through how to install it myself, saving me money in the process. I will definitely be using their services in the future.

My HVAC system stopped cooling my home on a Saturday afternoon. I called a top competitor in this field to come out and perform diagnostics. The recommendation was a new system at the cost of $13,300. I decided to get a second opinion so I called Super Cool HVAC. A tech was at my home two hours after my phone call. Within 30 minutes he determined it was a capacitor issue and resolved the problem for $384. I switched over my regular maintenance to this company and will not be calling anyone else for my HVAC issues. Highly recommend.

Mitchell and Darrell are the most amazing people I've ever dealt with. We rent our townhome and every year we've had an AC company out, but this company is different because they ARE different.

From the first meeting I knew we were in good hands with their professional care, prompt timing and easy to talk to approach. They explained what needed to be done and why/how. I would recommend this company to my family, much less friends.

This company has sent a few people out to measure first, make sure timing was going to be okay and just about everything else in between. I could rave for hours on their services, but I'll say just call them yourself and find out what it's like to be treated like a human, not a pure customer.

Super Cool was very easy to deal with for scheduling (and rescheduling) of maintenance visits. Afterwards, they provided me with a very detailed report on the health of my system. They also had prompt service for my inoperative HVAC system when needed.
