Kirkland (and Matt especially) were great. 8:00 am arrival (even on a holiday) meant 8:00 am! He was responsive and extremely knowledgeable.

Been a customer for 20 years and always pleased with the service and expertise. Devin and Danny did a great job this time around with switch reset issue and getting the system ready for the season.

Beware! This company is not very honest and trustworthy. Horrible customer service. Rhonda gave me one price and a manager gave me another. Would not honor the living social deal. The manager didn't seem to be very knowledgeable of what was going on and claims she had no idea of the company running a living social deal. Don't spend your money! Use a more honest and reputable company.

Just went into my crawlspace 1.5 years after Kirkland was at our house. I had to go under for something else. I was shocked and angered to find a 8" round opening, or boot (not sure of the correct term) on the main trunk that is supposed to have a ductwork branch connected to it. It was WIDE open and spewing cold air into my crawlspace. This cool air is, of course, combining with the moisture in the air to create puddles and water drops clinging to the other ductwork. So, this has been spewing cold air in the summer (last summer and this summer) as well as warm air in the winter time into my crawlspace for 1.5 years!!! What professional company does not verify their own work?! This is on top of other work that we had asked for that didn't happen and makes me wonder about the work that was done. We had contacted Daphne Kirkland but she never got back with us. We had installed all new windows in our house, expecting our electric bill to be much smaller, but is never was. Now I know why! We were conditioning our crawlspace for 1.5 years. Very angry and incredibly disappointed. We are examining our options for recourse.

This morning Devin and Danny came to do my Winter Checkup on my Trane System and as usual they did an excellent job as always. I highly recommend Kirkland.
