Kirkland Air Conditioning and Heating

Just want to say thank you to Matt, Devin and Josh for the great job they did installing my new furnace from Kirkland today. Also thank you to Tom for helping me with the financing of it.

Matthew provided regular maintenance on our AC system. He explained everything in full detail and offered suggestions for how to improve our setup. He was very courteous and professional. I signed up for the maintenance plan based on this experience. Good stuff.

Devin and Danny performed a semi-annual inspection and maintenance service today. They showed up on time and completed their work in a timely fashion. Both young men were neatly attired and very courteous in their report of the HVAC unit’s condition and explain clearly the service needed to correct the unit’s mechanical problem. Thank you Devin and Danny.

I have used Kirkland for many years. They are reliable and very service oriented. Matthew was at my home today and was courteous and professional.

Matt and Danny took care of our air conditioner and gave excellent quality service. Both technicians were helpful and answered all our questions. I highly recommend using this company for your ac/heating needs.

We recently got a quote from Kirkland when our heating unit stopped working while we were out of town.

1. When they visited our residence to take a look at our unit they placed stickers on our heating unit, electrical box, house and thermostat. I am not sure I understand why they would feel authorized to smack stickers on our property. I contacted them afterwards to please come back and take the stickers off.

2. We asked they call us when they got to our home, they didn't call but entered our yard without us being there. I did arrive as they were leaving and they didn't say much. They had very little concern or consideration of our property.

3. We went with another company that we felt comfortable with and the cost was considerably less. We got a knock on the door from the city. They said that Walt from Kirkland called to report that we didn't have a permit. We weren't aware one was need to switch out a HVAC unit but we talked to our HVAC company and it was an honest oversight and they are taking care of everything to make it right. It left me speechless that they would take the time to involve themselves in business that wasn't theirs just because we didn't go with them. If they were honestly concerned about following the rules they could have called us to make us aware of the permit issue. I have called Walt to see if he had a valid reason for calling the city and reporting our HVAC unit but not surprised that I haven't gotten a return call.

I cannot rate them on their work product but their customer service and business ethic is very poor.

Couldn't have asked for better service. Devin quickly identified my issue and fixed my furnace so my heat was back up and running. No extra charges for needless repairs. I will continue to use them as my go-to HVAC service

Best HVAC service company I've ever done business with. Knowledgeable, thorough, friendly, prompt and courteous. When my systems reach end of life they'll be my go to for replacement.

They just installed a new unit at our rental property 4/2019. Matt, Bryan, Devin, Jeff, and Tom all helped us and it was seamless! They are also fair and honest with pricing too. Highly recommend!

Our heat was not coming on, called Kirkland and the technician (Devin) came out. He worked all day to get us back up and running. Very courteous and professional.
