Excellent and swift service from Kirkland! After receiving no real help from my home warranty technicians for 2 entire weeks, Matt dropped by, diagnosed, picked up a part and repaired our AC in less than 2 hours. Incredible work!

We've worked with Kirkland for over 10 years. Most recently we had an ancient heat pump and matching duct work replaced. Excellent job by Josh, Matt, Devin, and Danny. They were efficient, cleaned up after themselves, showed up on time, and were able create a duct work masterpiece in a very cramped crawlspace.

Definitely would recommend this company to others. Customer service was wonderful from start to finish and scheduling was quick and easy. Josh was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions without hesitation. His assessment of the system was very detailed and thorough. We were very pleased with our technician Josh and the company, wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again.

Shane with Kirkland came out within hours of our call on a Monday morning. We received the company's name as a referral from a friend in the construction business and also read positive reviews about the company on Angie's List. Our experience was a good one, as Shane diagnosed the problem, repaired the system, and also performed maintenance on the other two house systems. He was here for several hours and handled the work in a professional manner, outlining the possible options to handle the situation. We were very pleased and plan to contact Kirkland again in the fall to take a look at the heating systems. It was a relief to get our A/C problem fixed so quickly and efficiently.

We've worked with Kirkland for decades, including regular maintenance and install of a new Heat Pump several years back. Very pleased with service. Devin came today and did a great job on the Fall maintenance check and dealing with our yappy little dog. We have been customers for many years and the Kirkland crew never disappoints. DEVIN and DANNY were here today to do our heating system’s annual maintenance. They were prompt, courteous, respectful of our home and did an amazing job!

I would recommend Kirkland Air Conditioning and Heating. I have used them since I purchased my home back in 2015. Over the years, they have provided my real estate hvac inspection, replaced 2 A/C units, and maintained all of my systems.
It can be uncomfortable and frustrating to receive bad news about costly repairs that are needed to your HVAC system; however, Kirkland has always been open and honest about any needed repairs as well as fully willing to explain why repairs are needed for the longevity and safety of your systems.
Matthew is the tech who usually comes to service my units at my home nowadays and he is efficient and willing to go the extra mile for the customer. Rhonda in the front office is always pleasant and provides great customer service whenever I call the office for something.
In a saturated market full of “big box”, huge, impersonal (and in some cases unethical) companies complete with fancy TV commercials; do yourself a favor and choose a local, family owned company who will treat you as a real person and not just as a revenue source!

Excellent experience with Kirkland! We had new units put in last summer, and their maintenance policy with routine check ups has been a big plus. Thanks to Matthew and Luis for helping fix up a project on a return grill! Wasn't something on the original plan for their visit, but they happily did it.

Josh and Danny were very professional and discussed what was need on one of my furnaces. I have used Kirkland since 2005 and am thoroughly satisfied with their services.
Josh also rebooted my thermostat and showed me how the reset, if needed in the future.
