Very happy with technicians Devin and Danny who did our heating maintenance service.They were very knowledgeable and explained everything they did. I have used Kirkland for many years and always satisfied.

The two young male technicians who did our check up last week before the heat kicked on were prompt, informative, and pleasant. I highly recommend Kirkland, a smaller family company that mentors newer technicians.

Today, Matthew and Andrew came out to do the semi annual service. KIRKLAND has been servicing our HVAC systems for years. Their guys always show up when promised, are neat, have the tools and expertise to keep these things running flawlessly.
They come out twice a year, check everything, clean and check all the stuff the internet recommends, take some things apart and put them back together.
What I really like is that Matthew took the time to show me what he was doing, sort of like show and tell. Every time he said can you come here so I can show "this" I expected a problem. There was no problem just a free education.
Their trucks are clean, the fellows are clean, polite and personable. Their equipment and tools are clean and organized.
Most important, at our house it is warm in winter and cool in summer.

I've had Kirklands install two major HVAC systems, one in our previous house, and one in our current house. My parents also use them. They are honest and trustworthy. They quoted us $2K less than the big name companies to install a major system. They are also quick on installs and very knowledgable.

We would like to say thank you to Josh, Matt, Devin for doing such a nice job installing our new AC system. We could not be happier we will definitely recommend Kirkland to our friends.

Matt and Tom came out to my home to assess an issue with my current system, as well as provide me with a quote for a new AC unit. They were both incredibly knowledgable and provided me with explanations as to what was malfunctioning in my system. I was given the information I needed to make an informed decision for my next steps. Very impressed with this crew!

The entire experience was great! I called with an AC problem, and right at the proposed time, the tech arrived. Matt was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the system failure, and gave me some additional information for future use. He was in and out in 20 minutes. Highly recommended. You'll be extra lucky if Matt is your service tech!

I really like Kirkland and their employees. Matt and Danny were very professional. . It was a simple fix. They didn't try to sale me on a ton of expensive repairs. I appreciate that.

just had the folks at Kirkland install a new Trane system. Wow, they gave me a great deal (about 25% less than 2 other comparable quotes) and their service, attention to detail and follow up was very good. Talk to any of their long term employees and you'll see why they have been in business for 30+ years in Charlotte

Matt did a great job providing prompt, friendly and honest service and was quickly able to diagnose and repair my upstairs a/c. Went the extra mile to make sure everything was working ok. Would definitely recommend Kirkland to a friend.
