We needed our current heating/AC unit inspected and the outdated unit removed. I called around and Kirklands was the most friendly place and they scheduled Matthew to come out ASAP. Matthew showed up on time and was extremely professional. He took the time to explain the AC unit and its efficiency to me. I highly recommend them for your next AC/Heating needs.

Kirkland gave me advice on my AC's issue over the phone. Even though it did fix the problem, I had them come out to evaluate and service the unit.

They were available same day and our technician Matthew was thorough and clearly explained everything. Excellent customer service all around.

We had an after hours problem with our thermostat on a very hot day! After hearing the problem, rather than come out and have to charge us for the after hours call, Matt was able to diagnose over the phone and sent us a YouTube. My husband, having been coached by Matt, FIXED THE PROBLEM! We are cool again! This is why we have always and will always use Kirkland!

I would add another star if I could. We are new to the area and It is sometimes hard to find the right service. I highly recommend Kirkland...Tom who was our first point of contact from Kirkland listen well to our needs and did a expectional job helping us determine what would be best for our needs and we are very glad that we followed his recommendations. The installation team Dave, Shane, and Jeff provide outstanding service to install a Trane Heat pump. Not only did they work long hours and hard to install it their expertise and honesty made us feel confident that we had made the right choice. They went above and beyond to provide excellent service and because of their caring our home air quality is better for our health. The equipment works very well and the house is even in temperature. We also had the pleasure to meet the owner who was a wealth of information and a delight as well.

Kirkland installed the systems in a timely manner and thoroughly cleaned the worksite at the end of each day. They were also meticulously mindful of our pet dogs while they worked in our home, which was very important to us.
After installation, they explained the operation and maintenance of our systems in detail and answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. Kirkland made the purchase and installation of our TRANE system a very pleasant experience.

Company is a step above. You are not just a number with the company but a relationship. They truly care about their customers. Honest, Integrity, Responsive, Knowledgeable and goes beyond just servicing equipment. Illustrative when performing routine bi annual service and tech noticed unusal water beneath the house, it turned out I had a water leak I did not know about. Had checked and definitely knew with the next water bill when the bill was over 10 times higher than prior months. By them advising and being aware I was able to service much quicker.

Kirkland AC really came through for us. My Grandparents didn't have heat during the snow storm, they were able to get them taken care of in a swift manner. They were out there quick, made sure everything was done right "The first time" unlike the last people I had come out. They were able to get everything resolved; up and running in under 2 hours. WOW.

Jeff located in Charlotte. I have only used Kirkland since early 1990's. This last heating check up I felt was necessary because the Trane unit Kirkland installed 22 years ago was due for a diagnostic for the cold season approaching. A professional young man did what I asked him and he gave my gas heating unit a clean bill of health. Over the years, Kirkland and Co. did not take advantage of me. A compressor wash here, some Freon there, a woren compressor part, the unit keeps on trucking ! 11-12-19
