MARVELOUS!! I recently purchased my first home and immediately started having ac issues. I called a family friend to come “fix” the problem and within a few days my ac was back out again. I decided to look elsewhere as I wanted a permanent fix from someone I could trust. I called numerous companies late on a Friday night and Adam was the only one that would come out despite having just settled in to eat dinner. He arrived promptly and had my ac working in no time. About a week later that air went out again and Adam came back to investigate; we identified the true issue. The issue was bigger than expected and having just closed on my house a few weeks earlier I wasn’t quite ready to commit right away; Adam still ensured that I was able to have ac although I knew it wouldn’t be a permanent fix. A few days later I contacted Adam letting him know I was ready to move forward. He arrived the next morning and walked me through every step. He showed me everything that he did and was a joy to work with. He didn’t try to sell me on repairs that I didn’t need just to make every dollar that he could.I am now enjoying my nice cool ac in this 90 degree weather and I couldn’t be happier. Not only am I able to enjoy my new home but I have also found a trusted hvac company && have started to refer him to everyone I know. If you’re having hvac issues don’t hesitate to give City Heating & Air a call. You won’t regret it !!

Adam has come to the rescue twice for me and my family. I was able to get service the same night i contact City Heating and Air which is amazing in July! Adam showed up and was very kind and took the time to explain what was going on. He solved our problem and it turned out to be cheaper than i expected. I would highly recommend them.

After seeing the reviews about City Heating and Air on Nextdoor and Google I decided to give them a call when our downstairs AC went out. Wow! Is the one word that I can say! Adam was incredible. Came out the next day and explained everything as he was doing it. He could tell I was somewhat of a handyman so he took the time to explain to me what he was doing and why! He was extremely fair on his pricing and we will certainly call City for any future HVAC issues!!

Adam is wonderful. He is top notch...punctual, professional, friendly and provides great service at a good price. I never feel cheated because we always get great service. He has been servicing my unit for 3 years. He even passes the "Mom" test.

I had both my units replaced 2 yrs ago and while it was expensive, it was worth it! Adam and his employees did an excellent job from beginning to end. They were very mindful of not tracking dirt thru my house that they laid down plastic and kept everything clean and tidy.

Adam came on time and quickly fixed the problem. He took his time to explain me what was wrong with my HVAC. Price was just right. He’s the man who you want to have your air conditioning repaired. I will recommend everyone to use this company.

Our AC stopped working late Sunday evening. I contacted City Heating and Air Conditioning and while I was on the phone with Adam he said he was on his way to our home. He was extremely reasonable and fixed the problem quickly. We would absolutely recommend City Heating and Air Conditioning!

I found out about City Heating & Air was referred to me last year by a neighbor, who said "I know a guy". Adam was prompt and flexible on the time to do the work based on my schedule. He charged my 20 yr old HVAC system last and I was able to squeeze out another year. Well, warm weather hits a few weeks ago and our system was not cooling us down. I called City at 6:00 pm and to my pleasant surprise, Adam was just a few miles away. Upon his prompt arrival, we reviewed they system and Adam said he could patch it up for us to keep us cool - so he did. He suggested it was time for two new hvac systems (he wasn't telling me anything I really didn't know, I just wasn't ready to have it replaced). I told Adam I would think about it, I did some research and the Carrier brand was well rated. I called City about two weeks later, Adam came out and reviewed the old systems. He made suggestions on new systems that would be economical and allow us to be comfortable.. His pricing was very fare, so we looked a our calendars to pick a date. I said "Adam, the only day I will be home is Saturday", he said to my surprise "no problem, Saturday it is". Adam & his crew showed up at 7:00am ready to work. They prepped the whole area, bringing drop clothes to cover the stairs, hallways and carpet. They worked through the morning and afternoon. They were so quiet you didn't even know they were in the house (they didn't even wake the kids up!) The City crew even offered the use of a portable A/C unit for me to use in my office. We were fortunate that it was a nice day out and just have the windows was refreshing. Everything worked out fantastic, the new systems cooled off the house. The City crew cleaned up and you would have known they were there. Adam took me through the installation and showed me the benefits of the new systems. Adam & City Heating & air did a great job. I realized Adam was giving us something that is lacking in many businesses today. He was giving me "value added service". That is a refreshing change. I've already told friends of the good repair work Adam & City did on our old system, I cannot wait to tell them what a great job the City team did on the installation of the new systems!!!! Thank you Adam and the City crew!! So if you need repairs to your hvac system or a replacement system installed, you to can say "I know a guy" Call Adam & the great people at City Heating & Air

I recently had City Heating and Air service my outside condenser unit. The technician was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He the solved the problem quickly and charged a very reasonable fee for the service. I also had my entire unit replaced by City in 2010 and it has worked great for the last five years. I have purchased another home and had them service the unit there and they also did a great job -- I highly recommend them. Unlike many others they do not push replacement of a unit if there is a reasonable workaround and less expensive option like a replacement part.
