City Heating and Air

Adam has been my heating and air technician for seven years. He has always been punctual and available when my heat or air has gone out. His price is reasonable and service is very thorough. He complete maintenance on my units and repairs very efficiently always with a smile.

I can't say enough positive things about my family's experience with City Heating and Air. They installed an HVAC unit at my parent's house a few years ago and were a pleasure to work with- fair and affordable pricing, proficient, on time and very knowledgable! My parents have Alzheimer's disease now, and their system wasn't working. The owner came out and was so kind and caring for my parents. He was able to quickly fix the unit and taught me how to properly care for the system to avoid any future issues. Not only this, but because he remembered working with my parents years ago, he did the service for free! I also randomly called him one time to help me with installing a Nest thermostat. He walked me through it, even though it didn't really have anything to do with the HVAC system. You don't find service like this from big companies- I am so thankful to this company and how they truly care for their community!

City Heating and Air Conditioning are excellent. I had contacted another company who never fulfilled their promise and did not show to complete the repairs. I was referred to Adam who showed up that afternoon (I had no air in 93 degrees). He determined my needs and had a new air conditioner installed at a very reasonable rate the next morning. He was professional and efficient, knowledgeable and efficient. I am extremely happy and will use only City Heating and Air Conditioning for all future HVAC services.

I have used City Heating and Air on 3 occasions over the last 18 months for separate issues related our two 12 year old air conditioner units. Each time, Adam showed up on time. Each time, Adam describe his steps in diagnosing the problem at hand. Each time, Adam provided an honest resolution the issue. In this day and time I do think it's hard to find an honest and dependable company to service HVAC. Without a doubt, you can count on Adam and City and Air to be your best option. Unfortunately you may not like the diagnosis, but feel confident you are getting a fair assessment. I recommend highly!

The service provider did complete the repair. While he was outside puting freon in my unit, he spotted a snake that was eating a frog! He quickly jumped into action and killed the snake!! I called that Top Notch Service!! Thank you so much for adding on snake slayer duties.

City Heating and Air came to our home when we had a pipe break off our water heater. Adam worked tirelessly to relocate and install and new water heater working right into the night. He has been our go to guy for our HVAC replacement and servicing as well. Great guy and he really knows his stuff. Very reasonably priced. Fantastic service.

My house was getting hotter by the minute! The motor on the air conditioning unit was broken. Fortunately, it was under warranty; so Adam was able to get me the part to fix this problem even though it took him extra time to contact Carrier. Very professional, reliable and affordable!!
