City Heading & Air is AMAZING! Our heat went out this AM (Sunday) on one of the coldest days ever! I started calling companies to beg and plead with someone to come out and fix our system TODAY - no one was interested or available. Then I called City and spoke with Adam. He said no problem and was here within a few hours. Friendly, efficient, honest and affordable. I WILL be calling him when it's time to replace our entire HVAC system in a few months.

He was at my house within 20 minutes of my call. He had our AC fixed in a few minutes! The price was reasonable. He was very professional, informative, friendly and courteous! Definitely will call him for anything that comes up in the future.

This is the second time I’ve used their services and I couldn’t be happier. Price is fair and service is excellent. Adam truly knows his stuff and Barbara was super kind and considerate with keeping me updated on the status of Adam’s arrival. They’re patient and thorough in explaining to me exactly what they’re doing and why they’re doing it so that I understand the process. I will be a returning customer, for sure.

Adam from City Heating and Air is by far the best. We highly recommend them. My A/C went out on a Sunday when it was 90 degrees out. Adam was kind enough to leave a portable A/C so we could get though the night . Showed up first thing Monday with a new motor and fixed unit

We called City Heating and Air Conditioning due to our A/C not working. Adam came right out and identified problem within five minutes. Great service and a great attitude!!! A/C working great now!!! On our sunroom A/C no one knew how to repair it, once again he identified the problem and he is now ordering the parts for it!! Thank you City Heating and Air Conditioning. Adam

We had to have Adam come to our home and he went above and beyond to help us out. It was after hours and treated us wonderfully. He's honest, trustworthy and very fair. We definitely recommend his service. He is very friendly and professional! A++++++

Called to have a Inspection/ Cleaning done on 1 Train unit. Surprisingly, the owner Adam showed up. He was polite at first. Until, I questioned what would be done .He went on to give me some BS of what needed to be done as far as taking 5 screws off the compressor to spray coils and spray off with a hose. Let's be honest - If I didn't feel like getting dirty and had a shop vac. I could do myself in 30 minutes. Not to mention, Adam has to take the cover off anyways to inspect the unit. Hmmmmm, so while its off you still want to tack on another $50.00 because it's a Train to clean! Funny thing is the unit is in great shape and really doesn't need much work. I just wanted to have normal maintenance done.

1.So, the $99 quoted fee for the service was not accurate from what I received a day ago via very polite/professorial sales lady and what is listed on the website. False advertising....I think so!

2.I also immediately got a odd impression when the owner showed, smelling like cologne, and looked like he was going to dinner somewhere. I'm not even sure he wanted to do the work. Hence why after our interaction and my questions Adam walked away and said "you know what call somebody else". This is after I said fine go ahead and clean it for the $150.00.

I expect for a typical service pricing upfront and no surprises. This felt like one of the typical contractors who quote you one thing but charge you another.

I ended up calling another company. The company quoted me the same price right up front with no hidden surprises. Also, what do you know the company I hired website has a disclaimer stating for only approved units.

THE BOTTOM LINE. All in all experience was great until Adam quoted a different price from the sales person and website. Also, when I questioned the work to be done smart remarks came from the owner. Just another small business owner not understanding customers are first and the importance of building long term business.

Never search for an HVAC specialist again. Adam from city heating and air is your guy. He is professional, prompt, and courteous. More importantly he is skilled, knowledge, and honest. I first met Adam at the beginning of summer 2015 when my HVAC unit was not working properly. Adam quickly accessed the situation and presented the best solution. He showed me everything he was doing and explained it all. He said I would need a new unit within the next 2 years, but he could get me through the summer. Well he got me through the summer with ac and was on the money about me needing a new unit. This year my system finally fell to the summer heat and Adam was there to install my new unit at a fair price. Again do not waste time searching for an HVAC specialist. Just call Adam at city heating and air.

Saturday night, July, hot as heck. Get home from dinner and it is 80 degrees inside, the AC has died... The company I've used in the past do not have emergency service, and I have friends visiting from out of town and do not want to try and wait until Monday. City Heating and Air popped up on Google for 24 hour service with good reviews so I called. They were courteous on the phone and were able to have someone at my house in about an hour. He immediately diagnosed the problem (capacitor) and had the AC blowing cold in what seemed like 10 minutes. All for what I considered to be a very reasonable charge for an emergency repair late on a Saturday night. I couldn't be happier with the experience and would highly recommend them.

Adam was on time and provided me an accurate estimate. He worked with me on the pricing and worked after hours to get my ac repaired. I've recommended him to friends and I'm confident to recommend him to anyone in the Charlotte area. Thanks Adam!
