Adam has been to our home twice, for service calls. Once for a scheduled check up & today for an emergency. It is 90+ degrees & he was here in just a couple of hours. Both times, he was honest in his assessment. His first visit was after a large chain had recommended thousands of dollars, in what I now know were unnecessary repairs. Thankfully, I called Adam first. He was honest & told me that I did not need all of that, when he could have easily gotten extra business. Today, his repair was necessary, but it was quick and affordable. We can not recommend City Heating & Air enough.His work is top notch. His prices are more than competitive, and his customer service is beyond compare. Thank you, Adam!

We have used City Heating and Air before and were very pleased with the service. We called again this year for service and received the same quality as well as being remembered as a past customer. Fast response time, great work and fixed without unnecessary charges ~and a with a smile! Adam explains his work and gave us additional information to make changes to cool our upstairs. Stands confidently by his work and gets the job completed. We highly recommend his company and are thankful for people (like Adam) that truly care about their work and his customers.

The best experience possible! Our family came home from out of town to find our home 85 degrees and rising in the middle of summer. I called and explained to Adam I was 6 months pregnant with a pet and two kids in the home. He immediately said he would be there within the hour, and was! Not only did he show up promptly, he fixed our AC which saved us from staying at friends or a hotel that night. City Heating and Air is reliable, efficient and kind — everything you need in a service. Thank you again Adam!

This guy Adam (City Heating and Air) came out to repair my unit and I felt like he didn't know what he was doing...just came out throwing parts at it like he was working on a car trying to figure out what's going on with it without testing them. The parts he put on wasn't the problem. He came two days in a row and he still did not fix it! On the 2nd attempt he told me he was going to speak with the manufacturer and I've never seen or heard from him since. That's bad business!!! I gave them a 1 star because I can't go lower. I do not recommend this company to no one.

City Heating and Air helped us keep our very old air conditioning units running for a couple years until we were able to afford replacement units. Adam is a trustworthy worker who can assess the situation, explain what needs done, cleans up after the job, and offers great work at a reasonable cost. We tried two other heating and air companies before finding City Heating and Air. The other companies made me feel uncomfortable with different workers showing up and not explaining the work they were doing, but always telling me we needed different parts. We will continue to be loyal customers for City Heating and Air. Adam is a family man who enjoys this field of work and it shows in his attention to detail and care for the customer.

I cannot recommend City Heating and Air Conditioning enough! Adam (the owner) was one of the kindest, most respectful, and knowledgeable people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He came to my home and immediately made both my son and I feel as if we had known him forever. After diagnosing the issue he took me to the furnace to show me exactly what was wrong with my unit and how he would fix it. He showed me a couple of other issues that did not need to be corrected right away but will eventually have to be dealt with. Never once did he pressure me to have anything done that I didn't need to, and was back the very next day with the part exactly at the time promised. We had heat within ten minutes. I will absolutely go to him for any and all repairs and questions, and I would encourage anyone else that needs assistance to do so as well. He is extremely reliable, keeps his word, and goes above and beyond to make sure his clients are taken care of. I am a first time home owner and will not go to anyone else for my heating and air conditioning needs in the future. I feel extremely blessed to have found City Heating and Air as this type of company and customer service is, unfortunately, extremely rare these days. Thank you Adam, for your excellent work!

Adam is the best hands down! He’s worked on my A/C for years now anytime it has had issues or needs servicing and cleaning. He’s always quick to respond and has always made it out to me the same day whenever there was a problem, and got my A/C working right away each time. He definitely knows how to diagnose and repair any issue. He’s so friendly and very affordable too. My sister’s family uses him as well! I can’t say enough good things about him. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Thanks again Adam for getting my A/C running again this week.

Adam’s awesome. We had an AC emergency two summers ago that rendered the upstairs floor of my 4200 sq ft house about 90 degrees in the blistering sun. All the kids sleep upstairs, except during this crisis where we had to park them in the downstairs living room overnight. Wife and I scrambled to find the best possible place in town and found City Heating and Air. Adam impressed us at our first meeting as he quickly diagnosed and explained, and ultimately repaired the unit. We had him come back the following winter for maintenance of our heating system and he took outstanding care of us. He’s pretty much our guy now. With Adam, he’s very personable, knowledgeable and straight forward. He’ll ask questions about your maintenance habits and if you’re not on top of your stuff, you can tell this really concerns him. I find that important because if it’s clear you’re doing something that may ultimately result in more business for a service company; there are plenty of businesses out there who will exploit something like that. With Adam, though, his concern for his customers and their situation is genuine. HVAC isn’t cheap—but these folks are reasonably priced and Adam takes great care of his customers. That is how they’ve earned my annual business since the first service call. Highly recommend City Heating and AC.
