I have used Adam for repairs of a 16 year old lennox system with particular difficulty with the upstairs system. He has been honest, punctual with almost always same day response. In the last repair of the upstairs heating ignitor coil Adam advised against repair as it had failed twice in 6 months and he highly suspected a bad board or a
$800.-$1000. board replacement. I opted for the $170.00 new ignition coil and of course he was correct it burnt out in 6 weeks. Personable and very professional, Adam builds friendships as well as a strong cliental base.

Our house was 81 degrees and Adam from your company answered my call on first ring. He was at my home in 30 mins! The motor was blown in unit and would need to be ordered.Adam supplied us with portable devices to keep my family safe and cool. I am very pleased with him and will be using your company more.My air is fixed now and a cool 73 degrees, he was not only professional but very educated in his profession.

City Heating and Air Conditioning is the best ac company I have used in Charlotte for 24 years. Adam's work is very good and he is very reliable. When you call them they come on time. He put my AC in 8 years ago and I have not had any problems.The best thing is that they are honest about their work and don't sell you something you don't need

I tell everyone they need to change to City Heating and Air Conditioning for heating and air conditioning work.

Adam is very professional, polite, honest, and efficient. We had a difficult job for him—replacing all of our duct work under our 1950s built house. He completed the work at a fair price and was always pleasant to talk to. Would highly recommend City Heating and Air!!

Adam came out last night and fixed my AC. My son is special needs and it was sweltering in our house. I had called 10+ companies, including ones that said that they come out at night. Needless to say, they didn’t. I called Adam and he was here within the hour, fixed the issue, and was so polite. From now on, he will be my first call because his work was fantastic. Thank you city heating and air, and especially Adam for helping my family in a timely and professional manner.

Adam was very professional and reasonable. He also took the time to explain everything that he was doing and made suggestions to make my A.C. more efficient. Honesty and integrity go a long way! I will definitely continue to do business with City Heating and Air Conditioning.

My air stopped working Sunday afternoon when it was 97 degrees outside. I called City and spoke with Mary. She promptly reached out to Adam and he was at our house that night! He diagnosed the problem, but didn't have the part with him. He was able to get the unit back on, but it wasn't working as desired and not cooling as well as it should. He left us with a unit to cool our bedroom, so we weren't miserable! He promptly returned two days later with the parts to finalize the repair. We couldn't be more happy with Adam! This isn't the first time we have used City, and we will continue to call Adam for regular maintenance! He is always polite, friendly and fully explains what is going on with the repairs/maintenance so we understand what is going on! The prices are very reasonable and we trust Adam's judgement! 5 Stars for City! Call them, you'll be glad you did!!!

I just used Adam at City Heating and Air and he is wonderful! Not only did he do a great job repairing my air but he is very trustworthy, reasonably priced, and was able to come when it was most convenient for me. Adam is also very professional and most of all an all around great person! I would highly recommend City Heating and Air and will be telling everyone I know about Adam! Very pleased!

When I was renting, my landlord used City Heating and Air when both heating units had to be replaced. That was when I met Adam, and knew who I would use in the future. Two years later, I have my own place and my A/C stopped working. I immediately called City and had an appointment scheduled the next day. Adam came out, and even remembered me from when I was renting. Adam is professional, reasonable, and friendly. I recommend City to everyone, you will not be disappointed, and it's so much better to work with them than some chain company who doesn't really care about you. City cares, that's the best part in my book.

I can not stress how awesome of a company this is and how great of a technician they have with Adam. We called them at 6pm and Adam showed up within a few hours to first diagnose our AC issues, leave us with temporary air for the night and was back the following morning fixing our AC unit. This all started Saturday night ON Labor Day weekend. We expected good service, but he is so personable and professional that we can not say enough about him and his company. I would HIGHLY recommend them to my family, friends, anyone.
