City Heating and Air

I love city heating and air. they are always available when I call and does a professional job each time Adam is here. I have use city heating and air for over 4 years and referred to my neighbors who have also been very impressed by the professional and timely and honesty I would recommend this company for anyone that is having air and or heating issue.

Adam is amazing!!!! When we came home from vacation to no ac, we checked our neighborhood vent page for who to call. City Heating & Air was overwhelmingly suggested. He came and we had cold air flowing within 15 minutes. He suggested we have maintenance performed so he came out again a few days later. He did a thorough job cleaning the unit from all the construction dust. I asked him to come up to the attic to do a spot check and we found a return duct that had fallen and split in two! That explains the dust all over the house! He got us in shape! I won't call anyone else for my heating and air needs again!

I used him last summer once. Thought the communication with Adam was not very smooth, but he did the work OK. I called today for a pre-summer maintenance. Setup a time between 1 and 3pm. Again, never communicate with Adam, always with the office girl even when I call his cell. Told him our church activity lasted a little longer, but we will be home around 2, office girl said no problem as Adam was behind. Went home around 2, waited until 3, then called to find out when he is coming. Was told Adam was waiting for 30 minutes at my house then left (has to be a lie). To come back he will charge extra, totally rediculous. They don't care about your business so don't waste your time.

I have contracted City Heating & Air several times and have been very satisfied with the service and fair pricing. Adam is conscientious to show me exactly his evaluation of services needed through instrumentation or visual inspection. He allows me to make an informed decision, providing expected outcomes. Adam was great. He had to replace the old AC unit in my 3rd floor condo. The old unit was the original one from the 1960's. Needless to say, there was alot of extra work involved, including going thru my neighbors condos on the 1st and 2nd floors, to replace outdated copper parts. My neighbors loved him by the way. Adam is always persistent, professional, informative and caring. I highly recommend Adam at City Heating and Air...5 stars from me.

The first time I used their services was several years ago. In the middle of the hot summer, after my house got hit by a lightning at night, my AC was damaged. I called City Heating and Air Conditioning. The owner came by first thing in the morning and brought a portable window unit so we can cool the house after I told him what happened. He got everything fixed very fast and the prices were very reasonable. Since than I became a fan. The service is exceptional and the prices are always reasonable. I highly recommend to give them call.

We called City heating and Air on a Saturday morning in the summer when our AC broke on a 90 degree day. They were at my house within an hour and were great to work with. My air was up and running that same day and it was a very reasonable price. I would absolutely use them again if I needed service.

Adam has serviced units at both my home and office and has always treated me well. He's quick, reliable and honest and always gives a fair price. I definitely recommend him!
