Thank you to Adam for being so prompt and helping us get our air back on during one of the hottest days so far this year. I always appreciate how helpful and accommodating you are and how professional your business is when servicing our HVAC units. I would highly recommend you to friends that need this service.

**Company never followed through with call/offer to try to make situation right**
I did give two stars a instead of one because the dispatcher was prompt and courteous, but this place totally price gouged me today. Repair was for my tenant, so I had no choice, didn't want to upset my tenant by having to wait for another company. They charged me $477 for an hours worth of work and a capacitor that cost them $20. Look up ac capacitors, you'll see they're cheap and connected by two bolts, easy to swap, but I still was charged $250 just for that one part. I even waited for a weekday appointment. The rest of the charge was 'labor,diagnostic maintenance' - which most companies waive diagnostic if you have them do the repair. I did call the dispatcher, Joanna and ask for a fair rate, but my request was declined. My husband worked HVAC for 6 years (if he wasn't busy and sick, it woulda saved me an entire week's paycheck!!) these prices were totally unreasonable. I will not use them again.

Adam was excellent in his work and very accommodating. We were sitting in the heat and he made sure that me and my kids were comfortable. City is very customer friendly and I would recommend them to anyone!

Adam was Super knowledgeable. He came in on a same day appointment which happen to be memorial day. 30 minutes in to the appointment the issue was fixed and my AC was back up and running. Strongly suggest Adam to anyone in the Charlotte Metropolitan area.

We love City Heating & Air. After HORRIBLE experiences with other Charlotte companies, we are so happy to have found him. He is honest and will explain situations clearly to you, giving your options and making sure you are aware of all pricing, etc., up front. He is prompt and very professional. He's very easy to get in touch with, and will do all he can to get you up and running as quickly as possible.

Adam is a very reliable and honest person. He will lay out the options that you have and give you his honest personal opinions. He does not push you to do anything that is not within your budget nor change any parts unnecessarily. He is definitely someone you can trust your A/C system with.

Good service! They were able to come out within 30 minutes of our call. The reason for 4 stars is because they charge $199 REGARDLESS of the issue. For a basic capacitor replacement which is about $15, we were charged $199 + the trip fee. While this was expensive, City Heating and Air gave us the cheapest price compared to other companies.

I have an outstanding experience with City and Air Conditioning. For over 10 Years I have used their service. Never been disappointed. Saved me many times. In short Integrity, honesty, excellent service and a competitive price. Have a peace of mind when you call City and Air Conditioning.

Adam is outstanding in his customer service skills. He's very good about explaining what is wrong and what the different options are. I highly recommend City Heating and Air.
