Barber Heating & Air

Our small school has used Barber for about a year for our biannual cleaning of our system and to trouble shoot different issues. We are always pleased with how responsive they are and their techs are very knowledgeable. They explain the issue is a way that makes sense and they are very easy to contact. At Providence Christian Montessori we really appreciate that we can contract with such a reliable company.

Nick was the Service Repair Man!!! He was early, which was a relief given the 88 degree temperature outside. He is very knowledge, kind, courteous , friendly and Professional. He went out of his way help me. Nick explained everything he was doing and why. He also offered very helpful tips for use as preventive measures to reduce costly repairs. My AC was up and running very quickly. I would definitely request him again!!! Thank You Nick for doing such a Great Job!!!

Nick was our service guy from Barber Heating & Air. He provided an emergency, late-night service when our AC went out. He was prompt (actually early), professional, knowledgeable, fast, affordable, efficient, and friendly. We were able to sign up for the yearly maintenance/membership program as well. Barber heating and air came to my house when our AC stopped working on a Friday evening. They came within 24 hours, they explained the issue, fixed the issue and had our AC running within minutes. I signed up for their maintain package and they come out every 6 months to do necessary assessment, cleaning, and maintenance on it. They always call and text me to schedule appointments and reminders and are highly professional. I will recommend them to family and friends.

This is the most professional and responsive heating and air company I have used. I was able to get a same day appointment. Everyone I spoke to was courteous and the technician Ivan was very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the issue. Highly recommend!

My ac went out on not only a holiday but some of the hottest days this year and Barber had a tech out on the afternoon that I called. I really love the texting system that has a picture of the tech, that’s really wonderful and it was very affordable. He also came at the beginning of the quoted window, which was also fantastic.

We called them on a Saturday evening, they told us there were a few jobs in front of us but could come out Sunday morning. They promptly came out Sunday, found the issue, and since he didn't have the part on his truck, he drove back to the shop to get one. He installed it and got our ac unit working again. We discussed the service plan and signed up for it. He performed the first service as well. I really appreciate the promptness of them coming out on the weekend to get us fixed.

The tech that came out was very personable and respectable. However, when he called his boss, to get a quote on what needed to be done, he thought because of the size of our house and our situation that he could take advantage of us and charge more than double industry standards. I had to call another company after paying the service charge. When the new company came out and got it done within five hours and at less than half the price of what Barber tried to charge us for.

Great people and great prices. They even put on boot socks to come inside so they wouldn’t track in any mud. 10/10 would recommend and use again. After I called, they were here within 2 hours and the service was completed in 1 hour.
