Barber Heating & Air

I wanted to post an updated review on these guys.

We had a new outdoor unit installed sometime last last year that began having a unique problem. It took several visits to get to the bottom of the issue but each time we had to deal with barber heating & air it was a pleasure. I felt that barber stood behind their work and the technicians we had the pleasure of dealing with were always professional and upfront.

Barber sent out John, Sam, Dylan, Ivan, and Brandon throughout the handful of visits to diagnose our issue and they were all great.
These guys are the best around and I wouldn’t hesitate to give them your business!

The team at Barber did a phenomenal job getting us up and running after routine maintenance found a gas leak. Old industrial units, separate heat & a/c, no ductwork or vents running to a substantial portion of the building at all. Because of age of various other parts we knew would break down within a few years we wanted a proposal to remove all of it (except ducts and vents) and put in one combined unit, repairing the existing ducts and vents and running new ones to the part of the building that had none. They did an excellent job of seriously looking at what we had and what we wanted, taking their time to estimate it thoroughly. Teardown, removal and installation took two days, they could not have been more efficient! Good warranties & guarantees, we're signing service contracts and will be using Barber statewide from this point onwards!

Barber Heating & Air gives you total peace and satisfaction. Phone call was answered instantly and technician sent out in a timely fashion. Technician is good at his stuff and I love their membership plan. They try to lower cost for you as well.

Fast and efficient work, Wayne C. got my AC back up and running in no time and was very polite and a nice guy. My go to for any AC or Furnace issues from now on. Would recommend to anyone who needs repairs asap.

My HVAC isn't working n not knowing who to call I looked online and found Barber. They came out same day, which I didn't even think would be possible, lol. My phone calls were handled professionally and politely, as was the technician that came out. After some investigating he found the problem, and explained it to me. I wish I could say it's fixed but unfortunately Im going to need a new unit (the cost to repair this particular problem is not worth investing in my almost 20 year old unit). I truly appreciate their prompt service and Sam's good work.

It was an emergency. My AC stopped working on the Sunday of 4th of July weekend. They had a professional, knowledgeable service person to me in just a few hours. Can not recommend Barber enough.

Great company, with great technicians very professional and nice. Jahn Farrell serviced our A/C unit today took pictures and a video of what needed to be repaired and sent to me in email and explained to tee what all needs to be done very knowledgeable and detailed. Highly recommend this company for any HVAC services or needs.

Sam showed up and was able to diagnose my issue right away. He cleaned the HVAC unit and made sure all lines were clear and the system was operating as it should. I will definitely be using Barber again in the future.

The 3rd of July it was 85 degrees in my house when we return from vacation. Barber Heating & Air came out within 2 hours of calling them on July 4th and fixed my AC . Nick the technician was a true professional and diagnosed the problem quickly getting me up and running in about 20 minutes. I would definitely recommend them and will use Barber Heating & Air again.

Ivan Romero was our technician and he was amazing. Very knowledgeable, kind, punctual, and calm. I couldn't ask for a better person to help with our humidifier needs
