Barber is always professional and quick to respond. My heat strips stopped working and they helped troubleshoot the problem. A simple bad breaker. I appreciate their integrity. They gave me the freedom to choose on letting them replace it or letting me do it myself. They could have easily taken care of it and gave me the bill. Heat works and saved me money.

Every employee I encountered was professional along with helpful in answering any question I had with the new system. All work was done in one day and the installers were devoted in their job for customer satisfaction. Before the installation I requested an estimate from Barber Heating & Air. An appointment was made quickly. Field Supervisor, Jeff Chaney from Barber Heating & Air came to my residence and provided three written estimates within an hour of Units/brands I was considering to have installed. I certainly recommend this company whether its a new install or repair to your heat and AC system.

Had to get a new HVAC System in January 2023 and was surprised how all the workers came together and got it installed in one morning. They looked like Richard Petty's Pit Crew! The 2 times they came to my house it was always early. That part was ok, but I work and although I got off a half hour early before they were suppose to get there they were already at my house. They would text to say they were on the way, but I wondered if they would have stayed until at least the time they scheduled to be there. Never asked, but I got the feeling they wouldn't have. Some one called and said I may need to consider replacing the unit, because it is old and going to start needing frequent repairs. I told him I don't use it often, so likely I won't do that, but I wouldn't mind getting an estimate just to get an idea what it cost. He made this comment, prices will likely go up by the time I will do it, but I still wanted an estimate just to still get an idea how much it can cost. I thought he said he would, but he never did. One time I called to ask a question, not sure what the question was now, but I swear someone in the background started laughing at me. I asked if someone did and the girl I was speaking to responded in a way to try to cover it....I didn't feel any better after talking to her whatever she said. After the repairs they had me to sign 3 things and he didn't go over what I signed. I asked could he email it, but he never did. Few days later I called saying I never got the email of the 3 things I signed. The girl made a comment saying we will email it again implying they had already emailed it, but I know they didn't, because I looked before calling. Even if f they did they still shouldn't respond that way. When I got the email I read what I signed and one thing I signed they were suppose to show me what they did, but they didn't. I will be honest, if they had I probably wouldn't have understood completely what they did, but it is the principal of the matter, if they were suppose to do it they should have. The unit is working, so they did do the repair, but they lack in knowing how to be professional.
