LM Wilson was super quick to respond to my request for service. They notified me the day before the technician arrived and once the technician was on their way. As the technician was diagnosing our issue I received an estimate on the repair needs he found via email, was able to approve it, the tech grabbed the repair parts, and fixed the issue. Responsive, fast, professional, and capable. Will definitely use again.

My family has used LM Wilson for services for years. Never had a problem. They have always been truthful and let you see the part they take off. I like that! That’s why I call them when I have a problem with my unit.

After calling around for some prices to install a dehumidifier in our crawlspace, other companies either didn't respond or gave exorbitant pricing. L.M. Wilson got back to me quickly with a very fair book price to supply and install the unit, needless to say they got the job.

The technicians Brian and Pedro were very polite and professional. The install was completed to a high quality and they ensured that it was wired into our old thermostat properly and reprogrammed that too.

We called LM Wilson after a shocking experience with another company that tried to upsell us to a new $12000.00 unit (that actually would have been too big for our home) or $7000.00 worth of repairs during a "maintenance visit."

Tyler came out and my Mom was thoroughly impressed with not only his knowledge, but his truthfulness. Found out that eventually we will need to replace the unit (LM Wilson estimate for that was around $8000!), but that for now a $750.00 repair would fix the impending issue.

Can't thank them enough for finding a way to keep the heat on within our budget right here at the holidays! This home town, local feel, honesty and their willingness to find a way speaks volumes to those on a fixed income, and for me speaks to the integrity of the company!
