The Barber company is first rate, in professionalism, promptness, and personality.
HVAC is highly complicated equipment but these guys have taken good care of us from the get-go (new home installation). We had some confusing problems with the thermostat settings and every time their service was prompt and efficient and they explained their work articulately. Problems always solved quickly.
The office team (the ladies on the phones) are very well-trained and courteous, as well. Jeremy takes pride in his work for Alamance county and neighboring localities. He's Johnny-on-the-spot! Much appreciated.

Awesome customer service when I called to schedule my repair. The technician cody Sharpe was spot on with diagnosis and repair of my ac unit. He explained what happened and pin pointed a cause of the issue. Definitely would recommend them to anyone needing a ac repair

Dillon Blackburn and Aaron Hicks was the two technicians who were working on this project. They were on time and worked all day under my house the first day tearing out the old unit and ductwork and installing new ductwork and installing the new unit. The second day was no different they had cold air in the house. Barber Heating and Air should be proud of these two. They did an excellent job!!! Thanks again Aaron and Dillon. Responsive, professional, and thorough. A late night call with our tech Jahn F proved to me there are still companies that provide excellent customer service. Jahn diagnosed the problem accurately and quickly. He also ran several system tests to make sure there would no reoccurring issues. I would reccomend this company to anyone that needs their services.

The technicians that came out for our repair did a great job at getting us fit into their schedule that day and staying after hours to ensure repairs were complete.
