Duncan was amazing fixing our boiler! He was super nice, professional, and great at explaining what was going on. He and the other staff were prompt when we had our boiler breakdown on the weekend and flexible with finding a time where it could be fixed.

I moved to the area in February 2022 and needed propane, tanks, and service. They were very friendly and responded quickly and we were able to move in not having to wait on propane. They have continued to provide great service and I am very happy with Berico. We will continue to use them as our fuel provider. e

Berico came out to fill my oil tank. I spoke with the young man about gas logs and he set me up with a representative. In no time. I have beautiful gas logs. Their service was excellent, professional and on time.

We have used Alamance Oil for many years, and have had nothing short of excellent service with them! Everyone is always so nice and helpful, and I've never had to wait too long to get my tank refilled. They have even sent a truck the same day. Now, that is great service!!!!

Place is a rip off. Bought gas logs a little over a year ago. They have never worked right. Every time a repair man wiyld come out they would change batteries and act like you were too stupid to work them. Now after a year they say modular is getting moisture and it originally needed to be converted from wood to gas and have a firebox installed. Never mentioned that when they sold them or anytime until now. Dont waste your money with these folks

The guys were thoroughly professional, called to let me know they were on their way, moved the tank, wore shoe coverings when they came into the house to test the fireplace to make sure all was in working order. The workers make the company, I highly recommend your company. Thanks for another job well done!

I switched to Berico for my home propane about a year ago and have been very pleased. The have friendly and courteous service with competitive prices. I like dealing with local companies that are reliable. I liked Berico so much I recommended 2 of my neighbors to switch to Berico.

Alamance Oil recently helped me switch from a another company with very poor customer service. I was able to speak to an actual person on the phone - seems like a real treat these days, and had switched service within minutes. It was quicker and easier to switch my service to Alamance Oil than to even speak with someone at the other company. The woman I spoke to was courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. I had a new tank delivered and filled within 2 days! Best of all I saved over 0.60/ gallon in propane.

The staff was very helpful getting the tank exchange scheduled. It was great to call and speak to a live person. The crew that came to the house did an outstanding job and were very friendly and personable. I would highly recommend using their services for either a propane tank exchange or new service.
