T&C Appliance HVAC Repair

The whole experience was great. My fridge wasn't cooling. I called and made an appointment for an assessment around 8am, on a Thursday. The same day I had an appointment set 12-1pm. Tony showed up around 12:20. Did the diagnosis, ordered the parts, and was on his way in about 30 minutes. He said parts will be in Monday, when I receive the parts, I will call and schedule the repair. I got a call about 8:30am on Monday, scheduled the part replacement for 12-1pm. On time for the repair. 30-40 minutes total for the repair. Top notch! A Hui Hou!

We have used T&C Appliance/HVAC Repair twice within the past six months. Each time I was impressed with their professionalism, promptness, efficiency and knowledge. It was so easy to schedule an appointment . We will definitely continue to contact them for appliance service and repair. Excellent!

An update to your UPDATE on 12-12-22: Nice try to devalue my review by calling me a "Digital marketer"! I would like to know who brought to your attention that I am " ...In fact a digital marketer leaving FALSE REVIEWS on businesses"?! For your information: I would NEVER DO THAT!!! I shared HONEST opinion of the service you provided! And here you are, with an attitude AGAIN...I guess nothing is change, and probably, never will...

Total rip off. Unprofessional, don't return calls, didn't fix the issue and took our money. Reschedule appointments through text messaging without reason and never show up. I have been waiting since 3/30/23 to get my dishwasher repaired CORRECTLY and get a receipt for money that was paid and as of 5/1/2023 still nothing.

I bought a new range and then discovered that the outlet needed to be replaced. T&C came out and replaced it and installed a dryer vent in the garage wall. They were prompt, fast, friendly, and very informative. I will definitely call them again if I have any problems. Thanks, guys!

These guys were awesome! Called at 8 in the morning and they’re were here at 12 o’clock and promptly fixed the issues on our freezer and refrigerator. Thanks again for everything!

Terry and crew arrived promptly, able to put in the ductwork for a new range, explained code and what they proposed to do, worked fast and cleaned up. A great experience ! Friendly and Professional.

I had an appointment scheduled today at 10am. I called then back at 1015am to find out where the tech was. I was informed he was running an hour behind. I called again at 1230 and got no answer. I received a text stating my appt time was now 4pm. It's after 5pm and I have called with no answer and I still haven't seen a tech. Needless to say I won't be rescheduling this call.

Very unprofessional. Never returned phone calls and never finished the job. This place should not even be open. Customer service is the worst. Do yourself a favor and do not use this company!!!

Unfortunately, my experience with T&C does not match the many positive reviews here. They made an attempt to repair my refrigerator/freezer, but I do not believe the price I paid was reasonable, and the repair has not fixed the problem. Weeks later, I have called numerous times and left voicemails, but have received no response whatsoever.

Meanwhile, I am still loading fresh ice into the refrigerator every day to keep it from sitting around 48 degrees, and I am out hundreds of dollars on a repair that didn't work.

There were some other issues with responsiveness, timeliness, and internal communication, but those are minor gripes compared with not getting what I [over]paid for.

I am extremely disappointed with T&C, to say the least. Based on my current experience, I would recommend you call someone else.
