JD Baxter was our technician and he was on-time, professional, and prompt. He also explained the issue well and answered all of my questions.

Steve came on time. He was friendly and courteous. I appreciate the fact that he had shoe covering ready when he entered... I didn't need to ask for that courtesy. He was very efficient with time and professional. The house stayed warm on this cold morning while he made the check up... he informed me of everything necessary. It was a good experience.

My A/C stopped working suddenly and I called Bullman and they were there the next day to fix it. Steve was very nice and located the problem immediately and had it up and running within a few minutes. Very professional and got the job done.

Right at the start of summer, before our playroom becomes continuously filled with our three sons and their friends, the blower motor konked out. Not good. Bullman Heating & Air quickly helped us get things cool again by sending their service pro, J.D., out to diagnose and fix the problem. Within a week of the first visit, J.D. had the part ordered and installed. Life is good. I was so impressed that I requested a maintenance agreement so they can routinely check out all of our three systems and catch any budding problems upstream. Satisfied!

Today's visit by Tim P was at least the 2nd time he's been to our home, maybe the third.
It was like seeing a good friend at my door this morning, neat, clean polite and absolutely reliable. Tim has a mature, professional, and confident attitude which makes him a reassuring presence when he comes in.
I was in the middle of a busy morning this Friday, July 31 2015, and I was so at ease with his "go to work," personality. That's important to me; he wasn't an intruder but a really hard working young man here to help.

Bullman installed our heat pump 14 years ago and has serviced it since. It has always worked great! They are very professional and prompt when needed. Couldn’t be happier.

Don, like all the other Bullman service men previously, gave us very prompt and professional attention for the regular scheduled maintenance of our Water Furnace. When I had a question about the ability to use or not to use the electrical strip heaters, he promptly researched it and instructed me in how to operate the equipment. We are quite pleased with his work and with his company, Bullman.

The Bullman crew did a great job installing by nice new Trane HVAC system. With six guys and three trucks, they finished a very difficult installation in less than two days. The Asheville inspector just finished checking out the system and remarked that Bullman did fine job and left a clear attic. I had quotes from three reputable companies and I'm really glad I chose Bullman.

The service pro called before his visit and arrived within the specified time frame. He diagnosed the problem(defective capacitor) quickly, had the part in his truck, and was able to make the necessary repair in short order. He was friendly, polite and professional through out his visit. During a particularly cold week, it was great to get our heating system back up and running.

Very pleased. They found the problem and had it repaired in around 30.minutes. Very nice and professional people.
