Brandon was clean, careful of our house, on time, and professional. Quickly diagnosed my AC problem. Parts are now on order and will be installed soon. Totally happy and would highly recommend. Update 7/6/20 another great job, Daniel and steve. Thank you Bullman.

I give Bullman 4 stars but JD 5 stars. JD found a leak during a routine maintenance that no other service person found during the 3 other times someone has been to service our unit (once with Bullman; twice with another company). Bullman has been very easy to work with and both service people have been very helpful so far. JD was also very personable, answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything. Thanks so much!

One of Bullman's HAVC technicians, Jonathan, came by to replace the fan motor of my old heat pump. He was friendly, courteous, and professional. I was impressed by his work and candidness. He even took time to explain the function of a heat pump briefly and clearly. I will definitely call Bullman for any heat pump issues in the future because of their promptness, experience, and workmanship.

Bullman IS the answer for heating and air!! My wife and I got 4 different quotes from 4 companies in the area. Bullman came highly recommended, and they seemed to be the most professional of all of the people we talked to. They were not the most expensive, they were not the cheapest, and their attention to detail was worth every penny. They got the job done in a blink of an eye, and our system is running like a gem! The customer service doesn't stop there though. We've had some regular maintenance done and the staff is always so quick, respectful and honest it's unbelievable. If it's not broken, they are not going to fix it. No hidden charges. Bullman installed our furnace and heap pump on or home many years ago. The unit is still running great. We had an issue with the thermostat once and they responded quickly and gave us a replacement unit for a reasonable cost. I have also known and worked beside Joey, Branson Bullman and Josh for many years and they are always professional, great local family business that we have no problem supporting.

Tim was here on time and worked until he found our problem. He was very professional and courteous. We have been very pleased with the entire Bullman staff. They are all very responsive and incredibly easy to work with. I highly recommend doing business with Bullman Heating & Air.

Tim arrived very punctually, early in the time period estimated. He agreed that the filter installed was not the proper one, left and returned promptly with the proper brand filter. He was very pleasant and took no time to complete the exchange. This rating is of his service. I think Bullman should have noticed the improper fit of the filter earlier but they were very quick in correcting the problem once I pointed it out. I appreciate that.

Quick response and excellent, comprehensive service. The technician was able to diagnose my problem and offer two solutions. They provided a quote for each and completed repair within one week. Very pleased with Bullman- have used them before and will again.

I highly recommend Bullman for your heating and air needs. We bought a house in Asheville and did not know that it was necessary to transfer the warranty on our system from the old owners to us. Bullman helped us work with Trane to transfer to warranty (thanks Tammy!) and worked very hard to reduce our repair expenses as we waited on Trane to add our warranty. Special thanks to Jason Purvis who quickly diagnosed our problem, got our A/C up and running and went the extra mile to reduce our costs.
