I asked Nathan to advise me on a dehumidifier for our crawl space. He recommended a commercial-grade unit due to its greater longevity. The crew showed up on time and quickly handled the installation, routing water to an existing drain, outside. Great overall experience, with quality.

Have used Bullman Heating and Air now for greater than 25 years. Each contact with them has been professional and high quality. This time I had to have a HVAC system replaced and zoning installed on a 1980's house. I am very satisfied with their work and the installation. System works great. Highly recommend them.

Great experience today with the Installation of our Unit! Steve arrived on time, very personable and did a great job keeping me informed of the progress. Respected my home with the shoe covers and left me feeling cool and feeling positive about the experience. Even shared a few personal Grand Baby stories! I would Certainly recommend using him again! Bullman's service technician, Lando, is definitely top notch. Not only did he do all the maintenance scheduled, he answered a short list of questions that I had written down regarding my new heating and cooling system. I didn't have these questions when it was installed, because I never had a similar system before. He was able to help me with every question and more. It continues to be a pleasure working with this first class business , starting with Tammy who answers the telephone, the men that installed the system, and Lando who is taking care of the maintenance.

I am ill so took a minute to get online to give this review, but Steve had such great service, I had to find the time. This company prides itself on not just selling equipment. The service was excellent, quick, and inexpensive. The previous company, affordable heating and cooling wouldn't even service it, said it was too old and were only interested in me as a customer if I bought a new system. I was heartbroken, I am permanently disabled and on a fixed small income. My illness is affected by cold temperatures and there was no way I was going to be able to buy a new system with no warning. Bullman heard my story and immediately sent a great tech out, who did a very extensive servicing, much better value than all my previous and also reassured me that my system would be around for more than long enough to save for a new one. I can't express how grateful I was to find such a great company. Don't hesitate, call Bullman before any others, I know, I called a ton.

We have a three year maintenance contract for our heat pump. The staff at Bullman call twice yearly to schedule a maintenance visit that coordinates with my work days. I receive reminder calls and email and the technician calls to let me know when he is enroute. He is always professional, prompt and polite. Altogether an enjoyable experience.
