We have been loyal customers of Bullman’s and always pleased with them-installation and servicing. We recently bought a minisplit from them. The installers put a hole in a newly constructed and painted sunroom. Minisplit was also not mounted well. I was home at the time and they left without telling me.It seemed they thought this was ok. I had to call. They sent someone who fixed the mounting and slapped some putty on hole. I felt that if they messed the wall that they fix the wall. My first call was not returned about this. Second call was returned. They said drywall was not their job, but would send someone to fix it. Several days later, as we were leaving home for an appointment , this repairman drove up. He said he didn’t have my number to call and to say he was coming? Bullman should have called us, or shared our number to coordinate with this person. We left door unlocked for him. He patched hole, but it needs sanding and painting. After several days, we got the bill and still need to do the sanding and painting. The lack of caring shown and lack of communication needs to be improved for customers. I will pay the bill in full, but not sure if we will remain with them. I don’t feel like work was done in a professional manner, as contract states.

Team from the start was very professional and focused on resolving issues we had with previous HVAC systems. They accomplished this and the regular maintenance has added to the support foe our New construction. They were very attentive to ensuring all aspects of the HVAC were exactly as we wanted and would provide the best living environment in the home. This also was accomplished. The installers were very adept at spotting potential issues earlier and suggesting changes - this was greatly appreciated as it avoided problems down the road. Maintenance team very professional and quick.

The Bullman staff exemplifies customer service. They are always responsive, professional, polite and friendly. While they always do a quality job, yesterday they went above and beyond due to the weather. The serviceman walked up a very steep hill in the snow with his tool bag and filters just to due a routine preventative maintenance check. Thank you Bullman’s!!

Bullman just replaced one of our HVAC systems.
Jason, the maintenance tech, did a great job trying to repair our current sytem which was 22 years old two times. When it was apparent we needed a new system, Jason did a good job of explaining what replacement system we needed, the pricing and the process for ordering and scheduling.
Our new Trane system was installed last week. Everything went exactly as promised and we are now enjoying heating and cooling with a quieter and more effecient system. Their install team was professional, completed a very neat install and cleaned up perfeclty when finished. Additionally Bullman now offers a new air purifier which does not require any replacement parts or maintenance like UV systems and others.
We are very please with our experience and have been very pleased with Bullman's service and management of our account for years.

Bullman Heating & Air installed Ductless Split systems throughout our home this past winter. They were professional, paid close attention to detail and were always accessible with questions we had. We were especially impressed with the attentiveness to customer satisfaction that the owner, Branson Bullman directed our way. He repeatedly 'showed-up' to make sure our system was in proper working order and that we were completely satisfied with the how the system was performing. Would highly recommmend Bullman Heating. They are a top shelf company.

Bullman replaced my 22 year old heating and cooling system with a new high efficiency Trane furnace and AC unit. They were professional, prompt, clean and I was very pleased with the quality of their workmanship. I would highly recommend them.

My family has been using Bullman Heating and Air for many years and we have always been very happy. They are responsive, reasonably priced, and their work has always been fabulous. For me, I also love that they've never tried to sell us products or services we dont need.

We have service contract with Bullman. Twice a year. They prompt the service visit with a post card. Scheduling the apptmt is easy over the phone. We received reminders several days before the visit and our technician called with specific ETA the morning of the visit. Technician John was Covid compliant, professional, personable, and thorough.

Absolutely Wonderful! Nathan did an outstanding job, was very professional and had in our AC unit within 24 hours. Christy was also outstanding, making the paperwork process very smooth. I would highly recommend Bullman for exceptional service and quality.
