This company is very professional, honest, and reliable. We are glad that we chose them to install our heat pump 15 years ago and maintain it. Our loyalty to them has been fully rewarded.

The other guys scheduled an appointment for me 8 days out. Bullman had a technician at my house in under two hours.

My only disappointment was with the $99.00 diagnostic fee since it only took Tim a few minutes to evaluate.
This had nothing to do with Tim since this was a company policy.
I think since I was a repeat customer that there should have been an adjustment.

I was happy with Bullman when I used them for servicing my HVAC unit in Asheville. I asked for a quote on adding a second unit for my house, along with a quote for installing a zoned system, and after the quote came out, Bullman would not respond to my clarifying questions. I have moved on to another provider. I found their poor responsiveness unprofessional.
