Maintenance was performed professionally and quickly. The serviceman arrived earlier than promised but did call ahead. Replaced a part that was wearing out and prevented a costly breakdown later. Recommend this business for heating and cooling work.

We sincerely appreciate the great service we always get from Bullman--We have a relationship with them that includes everything from complete installation of a geothermal system to routine maintenance and they have never let us down.

Today's maintenance visit from Steve was no exception. Thanks and keep up the good work.

Our furnace had gone out in the night. Called Bullman and received an appointment that day. Steve analyzed the problem quickly but realized that a part had to be ordered. Part took about 3 days but Kelly tracked it for us and let me know when it was available. Furnace is now performing properly, thanks to Steve. I will add that our service at Bullmans has been superb. The technician are always cordial and very professional.

The service technician was very friendly and efficient. The service manager was a little short with my wife when she questioned the estimated time to receive the part with a “We’re not Amazon” remark. Not very professional. Especially since we have been a customer for 20 years.

I received 4 quotes for Mitsubishi Hyper Heat & Cooling systems.
Bullman's was the least expensive.
Nathan was fully versed on this system and answered all my questions.
My wife and I talked about it and agreed to commit, signed the contract, put down a deposit, and got a firm installation date.
They came on the date of the installation, and didn't stop the installation until they finished and they cleaned up all the debris.
They showed us how to use the remotes and everything works like it should.
These mini splits are extremely efficient and are very quite.
I am extremely pleased with this company and would use them again.

We had a water leak from the drain line in our gas furnace and Daniel, a service pro with Bullman Heating and Air, came to resolve it. We were very impressed with Daniel's expertise and efficiency in quickly resolving the problem. He identified two possible sources of the leak and corrected both of them. He also left a follow-up note for the Bullman technician who comes for our winter tune up to check the drain lines to make sure there's no leak. We use Bullman for all of our heating and cooling needs and have been impressed with the quality of their service technicians - that's certainly the case with Daniel.

Price = fair, schedule=fair, Service= fair. However they "forgot" to set out an inspector for an open permit. We did not know this until we had a permit entered for another project with the city. Makes you wonder if all other loose ends were not tied up. They definitely did not waste any time sending us the invoice.

I have never had anyone as great as Don with Bullman Heating. He was very detailed in his work, treated our home like it was his own, and explained everything he had done. He also spoke about future work. It was a pleasure to have him!

Our HVAC system is at the age that everything is breaking. We had contacted a couple other companies that were either more expensive or would take two weeks for a service call. A friend recommended Bullman. We have dealt with several service techs, Philip, Daniel, and JD to name a few. Each one of these techs were knowledgeable and did a great job. I had even left a message on the emergency line on a Saturday and really didn't expect to hear anything until Monday. However, a tech came out Saturday afternoon and determined my problem so we could get a part ordered.

An expert at his craft, Steve represented Bullman Heating and Air in a superb manner! On-time, professional and friendly. He had my system back up and running within about 20 minutes! Would recommend to family and friends!
