Bullman Heating & Air Inc

In diagnosing the problem with my heat pump this week, the Bullman technician said it could be solved by a part that cost about $25 and could be installed in about 30 minutes. I told him to go ahead and order it. The next day, I got a call from Bullman saying the service manager had priced the job at $348, with half paid up front before they would order the part. Totally puzzled by the preposterous jump in cost, I asked to speak with the service manager. He didn't bother to call me back so I called again the next day. When we did finally speak, he hemmed and hawed a lot and wound up saying there would be a minimum labor charge of $205 for that 30-minute install and an 'upcharge' on the $25 part that would result in a cost to me of more than $100. Coupled with the fact that no one followed up on a previous request to reinstitute my annual service contract, my experience with Bullman has been very unsatisfactory.

Steve was very knowledgeable, very friendly, found the issue quickly, and fixed it. I will deal with Bullman from here on out, especially if all of their technicians are as good as Steve ! 😎

The service visit went fine, normal maintenance. I paid for a year of service as was quoted to me about a month before. However, the following week after my paid visit I received a call from the office telling me they quoted me incorrectly and she then asked for 50% more on top of what I already paid. That was very unprofessional. Reminds me of tactics used at the Michael Scott Paper Company.

Excellent service. Staff and technicians are all professional, responsive, and qualified. Five years of service, including replacing the entire heating and air, including duct replacement. Outstanding workmanship.

Steve came to replace the screen on my humidifier that was causing it to leak all over the floor. Steve is great, he's knowledgeable, friendly, answers and questions that I have so that I understand what is done. I am VERY happy with my service with Bullman Heating,

Bullman came to replace our HVAC and furnace. There were some challenges along the way (getting the circuit panel upgraded due to another upgrade) and Bullman went above and beyond to work with all wrinkles that came up.

They were on time every time, and the work exceeded our expectations.

Jeff was great, he not only identified our problem in a matter of minutes but was a nice guy to talk to, too.
