Jeff with Custom Heating and Air is awesome. He took time to explain in deep detail of what needed to be done. He kept me updated with phone calls and texts and showed up when they said they would. They provided great work. I was impressed with everything hut the thing that stood out to me was Jeff's customer service. His crew was amazing as well. They cleaned up as if they were never here. I would highly recommend CHC. Jeff thank you for all your help and explanations.

Brantley was very customer friendly. He explained all the aspects of the service and what we were getting with our contract therefore I paid for the other unit in our home to be serviced also.
I would like him to be our service tech in the future. He is knowledgeable and had no problem with me watching and learning.
I was the last customer of the day and he treated me as if I was the first. I didn’t feel rushed and am very happy with his work.

I called on a Sunday because our heat pump was frozen. Mike called me back in a timely manner and walked me through what to do. They called me on Monday morning to schedule an appointment to come out and repair our unit. On time, great communication, great experience! I would highly recommend!

David Pearson did excellent work. He showed me pictures where potential problems might become very real ones and pictures after services had been performed. That is wonderful for people our age who simply cannot get under our house to look for ourselves. He sold us a service policy after explaining the benefits. He took care of our original problem and left us feeling secure that we are safely in your hands. He is an excellent technician! Thanks for making us nice and warm again!!!

I had reached out to this company for an estimate to repair a HVAC for a client of mine. I was told by Amanda that they provide "Free" estimates.

Come to find out, the estimate was not free. When confronted; Amanda explained that it is a free estimate to replace an HVAC, but not free to diagnose an issue.

I have no problem paying for an estimate, I would have liked to have known that upfront and not be mislead.

PSA: This company gives Free estimates to REPLACE an HVAC, but will charge you to DIAGNOSE an issue with current HVAC (I assume charges will vary)

Brantley and Mike are awesome. Very professional and knowledgeable. Both on time for appointment. Respectful of our home and answered all questions.

Brantley was at our home today (10-18-19) for the fall inspection. We were so pleased with him on our spring inspection and was glad to see him back for this one. He did a super job. He was on time and very professional. We could not be more pleased with his work. He fully explained what he would be doing and why. We would definitely have Brantley out again.

I spoke with Jenna yesterday. Super nice and professional. Jenna and Courtney are great. Both are very professional and take care of the customer. Mike was at my house today. I recently had maintenance done on my HVAC system. Triad Heating and Cooling did an excellent job. The technician, Brantley, went above and beyond to make sure that all my questions were answered and that the work was done properly. One thing that I believe sets them apart is that they do not do work that is unnecessary. I had an air quality company come out before Triad Heating and Cooling and they gave me a list of what needed to be done. The technicians at Triad went through the list and told me what was important, optional, and unnecessary. I will use them for all my heating and cooling needs.

I have using these folks for many years. They are always friendly and professional. Brantley Moore is my service tech, he knows his stuff. Takes the time to ask how things are going any issue that I may be having with my unit. He is very fast and friendly. Brantley does a great job.

I am a happy and satisfied customer today! Mike was able to fix my problem that other heating and air guys never have. As an employee of Triad Heating & Cooling, he has serviced my unit for other issues and has always done a very professional job. He brings much knowledge and experience.
