Adam came out the day we called to help us figure out what we needed. Our A/C never could keep up with the extreme heat. Once we made our decision, the team was removing and installing our new system in a week! They were courteous and efficient! We are so thankful to them all!!

The first call for an estimate I was impressed. CS (an actual person answered the phone)setup my request for a quote. The technician showed up the next day. I received my quote and called CS to schedule the work to be done. 2 professional technicians came installed my gas lines setup the county inspection! Absolutely first class from start to finish. I can honestly refer Triad because they do a great job and understand good service.

Ran gas lines and hooked up my new gas range, Randy and Travis were great!! Super awesome, very helpful and went above and beyond!!

Highly recommend this company. Our heat randomly stopped working on a cold and snowy Saturday, so we called the emergency number for the on call tech. They responded in a timely manner. Darryl was very professional, repairs were explained in detail. All in all, the service was excellent and we know who to contact again if needed in the future. Thank you.

I usually use another company to do our maintenance for us, but they have gotten so expensive that I thought I would call around, and find a reasonable, but thorough company. That is when I contacted Triad Heating and Cooling. They came out and checked everything. Was very satisfied with Caleb. Will be using them again!!
