Called Triad to repair my a/c and within the hour they had already sent someone out-cant ask for faster service. Brian was very efficient and understanding of our difficulties and came back out when we had another issue crop up shortly after he left. Went above and beyond to help us. I appreciate his calm demeanor and the quick service! If we decide to replace our unit we will be going with this company.
On April 28th I spoke Tracy and was informed that my AC and Heating Unit worked fine but he recommended getting a new unit at later time. Today after requesting multiple times for a detailed inspection summary I was informed that the gas valve is not working and the AC does not work. So the dispatch notes and the reports contradict itself. My father in law who has been in the contracting business for over 20 Years was at the house when Tyler and his partner arrived. He informed me that they only conducted a visual inspection and to talk to him prior to them leaving and finishing their inspection. After he walked away to complete other work, he informed me Tyler and his partner left the property without any notice or discussing anything on what they found. It sounds to me like they honestly didn’t want to deal with the units and it was easier to just recommend a new unit instead actually thorough inspecting the unit. Even the notes that Tyler wrote in the dispatch were different from the final detailed report. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend
They were very easy to work with. Needed a duct moved for a bath renovation. Took barely an hour, cleaned up. Chase did a great job. My only issue was the price..$250.00. Seemed a bit high.
A fan motor needed replacing and needed to be ordered. It came in a day early and it was installed a day early. Brian was both professional and friendly. I would recommend both Triad Heating and Cooling and Brian to others. I’d give five stars to both! And my AC is fixed before another hot spell moves in!
Our office AC stopped working. Triad had someone here to troubleshoot in no time! Brian was prompt and efficient in diagnosing the problem and Chase provided exceptional work installing our new unit in a very timely manner!
Get a second opinion. During a service call, the technician from triad replaced a capacitor. Two days later, the a/c didn't work. Second tech from triad said the fan motor had blown and needed replacing. Called in another company and not only did our motor prove to be in good shape, but the capacitor installed by triad heating and air, installed during the initial maintenance call, was causing the motor to burn up. That was why our air conditioning wasn't working. The other company installed the correct capacitor for hundreds less than it would have cost to replace the motor.
Price gouging and not trust worthy! Had a simple outdoor temperature sensor installed. Originally quoted $375. Technician said I needed a custom sensor that cost $220. Office said their regular hourly rate is $250 - hate to see what the emergency rate is. I brought it to their attention that I found the part for $53.24 online and it only took the technician 5 mins to install. I was given different quotes depending on who I spoke with and it wasn’t until I complained that they gave me a decent rate. Companies like this one will rip you off and smile in your face while they do it.
I have used Triad Heating & Cooling for several years. They are always dependable, knowledgeable & professional. My most recent need for them was that my utility room was flooded by my overhead neighbors hot water heater. My furnace & everything in my utility room was flooded. I called to have my furnace checked just to make sure everything was ok with my unit. Once again they did not disappoint with their service! I highly recommend them for your needs!

Tracy came out and within a few minutes, thoroughly diagnosed the many issues. He set us in a focused direction on the proper steps to take. Adam was the absolute best in guiding us in our purchase of a new system, that met the needs of our home. Never did we feel any pressure from this company! Our property was left clean and neat, not so much as a tiny paper left for us to pick up. Bottom line, we are very thankful for the professionalism of this team.
