We JUST moved into our new house and of course the AC stopped working. I messaged Triad Heating and Cooling around 10pm that night. They quickly responded and had someone at my house at 12pm the following day! The technician Justin was great! He was very friendly and very informative about everything. Even showed us where our filters were.

They've always been very professional and informative. Will definitely suggest them to family n friends.

Mike was on time and gave a honest assessment of my HVAC unit. Would definitely use Triad Heating and Cooling again. Prices were very reasonable and competitive.

As an update I did go with the bid for triad heating and cooling. Justin and Scott were very professional and done a great job. Would definitely recomend.

Dave was wonderful!! He came in and done his job very thoroughly. He check our A/C unit from top to bottom, & discussed everything as he went. Even gave helpful for our unit to last longer so we can get as much life out of it as possible! I highly recommend this company!! And ask for Dave!

Once again Triad came to our rescue. I woke up with no heat this morning. I called and Courtney was a sweetie and got a technician, Brian here this afternoon. We love the 2 x a year maintenance program, and I will be warm this evening/night! Brian was professional, did not mind my multiple questions. We had Triad Heating and Cooling replace our 20 year old Trane system 2 years ago. (May 2015) I researched extensively before contacting 4 reputable HVAC companies in the Randolph County area. Eric Ward impressed us with his product line (American Standard) and his knowledge. Super nice guy, easy to work with and he presented us with a great value proposition. His company has did everything he said they would and his team is excellent. I can't recommend them any higher. We have been extremely Pleased with our dual fuel package unit and our utility bills have decreased by 20% or more. Today we had the annual maintenance completed and I was very satisfied as the technician serviced and cleaned our unit from top to bottom. (Excellent job) Great company!!

The techs that came out worked diligently to get my unit working properly and to make sure I was satisfied with the work done. They were professional, but took the time to explain - in layman’s terms - what was wrong and how they fixed it. I’ve been a customer for many years and appreciate the value they (as a whole) put into customer satisfaction.

Triad heating and cooling has done service work for me for a number of years. They recently finished a new heating and cooling system install for me.
