So glad I called to get my system checked. Turns out the system was not running as efficient as it should because some lizards got in there and were causing a fault. I am so glad I picked this company. They were all very professional, informative and easy to work with. They also did not mind answering my many questions. Great group of guys (and gals - in the office). The 2 guys that did the install did a great job and continued even though it was raining part of the time. Awesome. The tech (AB) is very nice, respectful, professional, hardworking and does a wonderful job explaining the steps/services that are needed to complete the job. I would definitely recommend this company for any heating or cooling repairs or maintenance services.

The quality of work here is impeccable. They installed a new heating/ac system as well as replaced all of our ductwork. They also installed a mini-split system in my garage. The installers and maintenance staff are professional and prompt. Everyone I have interacted with has truly been a pleasure.

My heat pump wasn't giving us the heat. It was a Sunday I called Triad Heating and Cooling. I left a message for the on call technician. He called me back within ten minutes and told me he had one more stop and that he would be on the way after that. In less than an hour he pulled up tp the house. His name was Brian

We recently arrived home to find the 40 year old furnace not working. Triad came out to fix it and got it going again. Next morning it was off again. Tracy, our technician returned and this time went further into the system to find a filter that most dont ever have to replace. At 40 years, it was very gunky!!! All is good now.

What I appreciate about the service is they came right away when i called. Also even though the techs get a commission for selling new products, Tracy said this was one of the best furnaces around and he would not recommend replacing it. I like that kind of honesty. Triad has been servicing this home for many, many years and I would recommend them to all for the maintenance contract and new installations.

Have used Triad for years doing service work on my system. It came time for a new system and the company was professional from sales to install. The installers were courteous and protected carpet from damage and went above standard to do a great job!! Cleaned up any and all mess and took it with them! Thanks Triad Heating Cooling!!
