The team was very courteous, and very thorough. I never knew how much heat we were losing until we got our new furnace. We have never had so much heat blowing through the vents. The team kept me updated on everything going on. They continued to work until everything was perfect. I would recommend Triad Heating and Cooling to anyone looking for the best possible service. VERY Professional, and knowledgeable on what they were doing. WELL DONE!

This has been a great choice for me. From Adam the salesman to Grant and Scott the installers to Justin the technician. Everyone has made this experience great. Professional and friendly and didn't leave until I felt comfortable with the work they did. Would recommend this company to anyone looking for a heat and air company to work with.

Mike came out to take care of an a/c issue we were having. He was right on time and super professional! Super friendly too. He took care of the problem and the price was extremely reasonable. I will be using them for all my future HVAC needs, I really could not be happier with the excellent we received. What a great company!

It would not let me do a new review but I’ve amended my old one! Our unit stopped on a Sunday, the drain pan was full. It was so hot out we couldn’t wait. We called and Justin came right out here on a Sunday for us! He did a great job. He fixed the problem right up and really went above and beyond. Excellent service at a very reasonable price. We really could not be happier with Justin’s excellent service! Both times we’ve used this company we’ve had great experiences. We won’t call anyone else!

When you run a business that relies on cold beer, every day without a cooler is painful. Thankfully, Brian and the team at TH&C were responsive, quick and got the job done right! Cheers to them and thanks from Lumina Wine and Beer! Come get a cold one!

I can’t even express how pleased I’ve been with the new HVAC Triad installed for me. From the receptionist to the follow-up after installation, everything has been perfect. Mike and Adam checked the work today that was done last week (by Grant), and agreed that all was done exactly as it should’ve been. It’s not just about the sale, but service after the check has cleared. I am so happy that I found a company who values their customers!

This company goes above and beyond for the customers satisfaction and comfort. You can not go wrong by choosing this company you will for sure get what you pay for and than some. You can't ask for a better trustworthy honest company to be at your home to forfill all your needs to make your home comfortable.

They completely replaced a 15 year old heat pump system with a new, modernized version. I was there throughout the install. I am a disabled mechanic with 50 years experience and not easy to fool or impress. I was impressed with everything they did and would use them again and recommend them highly. Special kudos to Justin and Scott, the installers, they are very special folks!

Customer service was terrific! Got notifications on when the tech was on his way. Tech came out and was able to diagnose issues and got it repaired in a timely manner. Very professional and would definitely recommend them!

From start to completion it was a pleasure. Estimate and negotiation were straight forward. Installation of my new heat pump was fast and I know the crew worked late into the evening to get done. No extra costs, no hidden charges. Great folks who obviously take pride in their work and are super friendly. My most sincere thanks for a great product and a great job! Awesome company to deal with! After getting taken advantage of by another company I decided to call triad. Everyone was great to deal with. My options were set out very clearly. They are very professional and very courteous. I would recommend them to anyone needing hvac work. Mike and Adam are great! Working in the service industry I know how important professionalism is and these guys have it down.
