11/8/2019 Brantley performed my 1st unit tune up / checkup. He kept me informed of the time that he would arrive, was very thorough, explained what he performed and changed my filters. He was very polite and informative. See you in 6 months. I will continue to purchase this service contract. Very good insurance. Adam followed up with me on the question that I had with my thermostat. Great communication and service after the sale. Thank You!

Our furnace quit so we called Triad Heating & Cooling. Jeff, our technician came to our house. He explained the problem in a manner that we could understand & then made the repair. While Jeff was under the house he also noticed a water pipe that had a minor drip & a piece of insulation that came loose. As I don’t enter our crawl space often, I really appreciated him informing us. He was also able to reattach the insulation.
Beyond the furnace repair, Jeff demonstrated attention to detail & that he truly respected our home.

Very impressed with the professionalism and quality of work. Our tech was Jeff A. He was very knowledgeable and explained the issues with our unit in a way that make it easy to understand.
