Webb Heating & Air Conditioning

Kyle responded to my after hours call after a power outage. We scheduled a next day visit and he came on site and repaired the condensation drain to get the air running. He also found an underlying issue with a compressor capacitor and resolved that issue to prevent future downtime. I was out of town and my son was home without the AC so we all are very appreciative of the timely and thorough service.

It was nice to receive picture of technician that would be coming to house. He was pleasant and explained the problem and solution.

I have a maintenance contract with Webb and they always are easy to schedule and very professional to work with. I have full confidence that my heat and air will work perfectly every season thanks to their quality work.

Kyle was very professional, he explained what he was doing at a level that I was able to understand. He did everything possible to see if he could get the unit working. We will need a new unit and will definitely be using Webb as well as we hope that Kyle will be the individual that will be able to come and do any maintenance going forward.

Checked our system, replaced our filters, at our request Barry examined our thermostat to determine if our wiring could support the new wifi thermostats. Barry was friendly and easy to talk to.

The guys at Webb are top notch. They come when they say they will, they take care of your issues, these guys are freaking heroes! You ever sit on a 110º roof trying to make sure other people aren't uncomfortable? These guys do it every day!! I'm including a picture of John, who has been our technician recently, and who refused to install a new blower motor without taking out the blade assembly and rinse off the leading edges of the blades so it would be easier on the new motor and so it would disperse the air more evenly...this is what professionalism looks like!
