Technician David P. was professionally personable, arriving as told to expect. From my point of view, he thoroughly serviced our 25+ yrs old HVAC — fingers crossed every heating / cooling season:-). Of course he noted system could “go” anytime, but since not broken - keep it going, and to call if any problem. I appreciated he did not advocate for a replacement. An honest, genuine technician who well represented company.

Kyle did an excellent job. He is polite, respectful, attentive and responsive. Could not have asked for a better experience.

However, I am extremely displeased with Webb/Trane about having to spend $500 for labor on a defective part on an expensive unit that is less than 3 years old. If the part is defective and covered under the warranty and that is what caused the issue then Trane (or Webb) should pay for the labor. I have dealt with Webb for years and never really looked elsewhere, but I can assure you when I purchase another unit I will shop around and pay particular attention to the warranty and how these things work. Perhaps this is the standard for this industry. I intend to find out.

Made a call this morning that we were having problems with one of our 6 units. Promised they would have someone out to see us today.
Within a few hours, we received a call that a service tech was on the way. Walked Dylan T. through the problem and he accessed and diagnosed the problem quickly and had a quote. The part was in his van and we were up and rolling within 30 minutes. Thank you Webb Heating and Air, and Dylan T. for such prompt and efficient service. There was a delay for a part from Lennox - the team was professional with me every time I checked on the part, if I left a message I was always promptly called back! I am very happy with Glennda and Brittany - I could tell that they were actually following up on my (numerous) requests. Will be using you guys and recommending you- truly appreciate the customer service. From the first service call until the final installation you all were top notch!

Dylan T. did an excellent job in my home as he went about getting my filtering system up to date, which required some detailed knowledge and a desire to get the job right. He also changed my thermostats to make them far more efficient. I appreciated his patience as he walked me through how the system best operates. I contacted Webb Heating & Air for an appointment to diagnose an HVAC exhaust system carbon monoxide smell. They gave me a same day appointment with Matthew W. He arrived on time and was very thorough in diagnosing the issue, answering my questions, and explaining the issue and how the system works. This is the 2nd time that I've contacted Webb for different issues and in both cases they've done an excellent job. Their technicians are very professional and knowledgeable. Webb has also installed a new Trane system for us and we've had zero problems with it. Their installation team is also excellent. Thanks again Matthew for the excellent troubleshooting today and diagnosis/root cause of my exterior heating exhaust smell issue.
