Webb Heating & Air Conditioning

Webb replaced our furnace and AC unit last spring. They were great to work with and did a good job. We are also using them for our regular system maintenance, and they have continued to provide good service.

Arrived as scheduled, completely satisfied with the experience. Keith was thorough and explained all the work and repairs.

I've used Webb Heating & Air since 1992, . The office and technicians have ALL been fantastic.

John M. was our tech and the office let us know when he would be arriving. When he did arrive, he was polite, efficient, clean, knowledgeable, and very clear in communication about the health of our system. I never feel like anyone from Webb is intrusive or wastes time. I wish all businesses I deal with would have great employees, like John M. (and to be fair we have had really good experiences with all Webb employees.

A few years ago, we had to replace our heat pump / system.
The new system quotes were thousands below the competition. Even the sales person who came by a few years ago to give a quote for our system was the ONLY one who wasn't pushy and factually answered ALL our questions. (And our system did not have a recall like our neighbour's who bought a more expensive system from EXXXX company.).

We always buy the service contract that pays for a twice a year system check and % off parts when repairs were needed (rare, but happens). I cannot recommend Webb highly enough.

I was greatly impressed by the team effort that these three young men exhibited and the speed in which they completed their task. Their task was to replace an 18 yr old heating and A/C system in our home. Started at 7:45am and out by 3:30pm. Just amazing! I had two other quotes and Webb was the best choice for installation and ongoing maintenance.

I was very impressed with Michael C. He was very thorough with his work and explained the work he performed. I will definitely use Webb again and make recommendations to others needing HVAC work. Thank you!
