If you are considering using an HVAC company in the Triad, certainly make sure you check these folks out! They showed up a day ahead of schedule with a last minute issue we had. David was very professional, courteous, friendly and took the time to explain everything to us and even fixed an issue we had from the installation.

My AC went out, and since I used Webb to install the system I called them for an emergency situation. They told me they were very busy (it was late in the evening when I called) and they told me to shut the system down. I shut it down and the next day they sent Michael C., a very good technician, to my house. He was very thorough with his evaluation. He stayed in my attic for at least an hour in 90 degree weather...I felt sorry for the guy. But he not only checked everything on my system, but he double checked. He couldn't find anything wrong, so we just chalked it up to one of those freak things that happen to machines sometimes. But I will say that Michael C. is a first class technician, and very thorough with his work. He truly acted like he wanted to make sure my system was fixed before he left. I appreciate his attentiveness and professionalism. He's an asset to Webb HVAC...Give that man a raise! I hope if I have any problems in the future that he's the man they send to do the job. Thanks to Webb and Michael C. for a job well done.
