The Webb heating gentleman was great. He was so nice and very knowledgeable. He inspected everything and explained it all to me. He also answered all of my questions. I felt like he took his time and was thorough. This company is terrific , managed well, and knows what the are doing. The prices are reasonable. They installed the heater approximately 55 years ago and have serviced it whenever an issue came up over the years which has been rare. I will always call this company. Another joy of buying a home recently presented itself. The propane tank ran empty at some unknown point in time in the recent past. I say recent because the sellers sent us photos of the gas fireplaces lit and working.

Since that happened and we had the propane tank filled, we thought it would be a good idea to have the furnace looked at to make sure gas was flowing to it, and there was nothing we needed to do...like light the pilot, etc.

David P. showed up right on time and greeted me...very professional. I gave him the quick story, and he said, "well, let's have a look." Down to the basement we went. As we were headed down, he remarked that he did the home inspection for us before we purchased. Good...he was familiar with the equipment.

He jumped right in to checking everything out. Showed me that it had an electronic ignition system, so no pilot to light, then jumped some contacts to force it to start, and showed me that it lit the gas and was functioning properly! Outstanding!!

I asked if he had the filter and the time to swap it out. He did and he did. Check, one more thing off the new home list of things to do!

Last thing we discussed was changing out the thermostats for the new Nest thermostats we bought. He told me he was one of the technicians that would install them for us, I just needed to call the office to set an appointment. I guess we'll be seeing David again soon. Looking forward to it!

I'll close by saying that even though David and I both know our furnace is very old, there was no pressure from him to replace it. He only once mentioned that eventually it would need to be replaced, but again, no pressure to do it today or even soon. We appreciate his honesty and the manner in which he treated us. Very kind and understanding.

This entire staff truly cares about customer satisfaction. They worked across three time zones while I was away to repair my furnace when we awoke to almost freezing temperatures as we prepared to leave town. When I returned, my furnace was working but my thermostat red warning remained on. They sent someone out the very next day to quickly troubleshoot the problem, and explain to me why it had occurred. The staff members work together well, and are very responsive to feedback to meet the goals of expert service and a great client experience.

Another great experience with Webb. Kyle did a great job with diagnosing my HVAC issue, and they were able to get a replacement part installed the next day. Kyle gave solid advice and did a thorough system check after the repair to make sure there were no other issues. Very pleased.

Scheduled maintenance inspection for furnace. Got reminder call the day before and a text the next morning that Gavin was on his way (with his picture). Gavin reported right on time. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He completed his inspection/check up in a timely manner.

I was greatly impressed with the follow-up, start to finish, by Chad Howard (my sales professional). He kept me informed of all aspects of the installation and was always available to answer any questions I had or to resolve any issues that were encountered. None of the other salespeople from other companies that quoted the job bothered to do that. Once they gave me a quote, that was the last I heard from any of them. Chad made sure the installation was done to my satisfaction, along with other aspects of the job.
