This company is amazing and clearly care about their customers. The furnace went out during the cold snap and somehow with flames coming out of it under the house, the house didn’t burn down. They brought space heaters to combine with what I had to keep the house warm. That’s above and beyond. They then managed to rearrange some things and get her this morning (this happened on a Friday and here they are Monday morning in 30 degrees doing a 6 hr furnace replacement). AMAZING! I am so grateful, thankful and soon will be rid of space heaters. If you are looking for honest, hard working comps with unbelievable customer service… look no further. They go above and beyond!!!!! Thank you to all of the staff at Webb!

I find the workers to lack compassion or understanding. There is always a new excuse to the problem, which is always my fault. Run it too much when it is hot outside. Now I am running the system too much when it is cold outside. I mess up everything if I reset it. Now I should be resetting it.
We had multiple issues this summer. I felt they were never fully resolved, but got tired of dealing with the folks that came out. This time I waited until it was too hot to sleep at night.
I miss the days that repair folks didn't just rely on technology and provided kind service to all, no matter if male or female.

I had a young man named Michael that made an important discovery about my furnace. It had low air volume in my master bedroom. He figured out that it had the wrong capacitator for a furnace that was in that category. I would request him again if needed.

Everyone's nightmare, losing your AC on a day when the temp is close to 90 degrees. I have had a service contract with Webb Heating and Air for several years and today certainly reinforced the fact that I made the right choice. Their response was quick and the repair person was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. My AC was back up and running in less than 2 hours from my initial call. I am a very satisfied customer.
