We loved their HVAC service. The technicians that arrived at our place were highly experienced and professional. The fee that they charged was also nominal.

I had such a great experience with Mike and his team from Pipe Doctor. I reached out online at 9 PM. Mike immediately exchanged a few emails with me that night to understand my problem. He immediately diagnosed that the hard knocking in the steam heating system and water spitting out of the vents might be caused by a wet return problem. He was right. Upon replacing the wet return, my heating system is now so quiet and heating efficiently. I’m grateful for his professionalism, work and on time performance.

Very courteous customer service and was able to get help quickly. Our plumber was prompt, polite, had impressive facial hair, and very quickly.

I have central A/C both here in NY and FL. I have used several services to maintain my A/C’s over 35 years and none compare to Pipe Doctors service. Michael and his assistant (unfortunately I do not remember the young’s man) were by far the best I ever dealt with. Michael was was exceptional he explained everything in detail which no other service ever did. He new everything and recommend what had to be done. I was so pleased I signed a service contract with them. I highly recommend this company and Michael.

Michael and Mike just completed installing a new boiler at my home. They did a fabulous job.! The boiler replacement was so smooth.They were timely, professional, worked consistently, were knowledgeable about the boiler and what the boiler replacement entailed, portrayed positive team work and answered all my questions. I am happy I chose the Pipe Doctor for my Heating and Plumbing Services. I am very pleased with the results. Fantastic Job!

I have a Navien heat/hot water system. I love the entire concept. It heats my hot water, as well as heat the house. The unit gave in. I found Pipe Doctors online, Mike has great videos, probably why I used him, and he knows what he is doing. There was another company who came first, they had no clue. Mike came, saw the issue, and was able to get me a warranty exchange for the unit. Mike and his company were the utmost professionals, and brought me a cup of coffee to boot. They have my business. His videos are the best. I respect his attitude, and his knowledge. You want an honest answer, use Mikey!

As an exasperated residential homeowner in post covid America, we have not had the use of our pool heater for weeks. Vendors have blown us off w/no labor or parts available. Some making appts, & never showing up. I called Mike on a Friday afternoon looking for advice. Pleasantly he walked me through via pictures and gave me his professional opinion. This is more than I had received from vendors we have contracted with for years. I would highly recommend his services if you are in need.

Update: The main guy from the videos(not sure I'm supposed to say his name) called me himself and apologized. Explained it was due to staffing issues. Was unable to help me due to distance from his location. Seemed nice and genuinely sorry about the situation.

Fan of the youtube videos. Already decided their hired if any work needs to be done. Getting in touch with them has not been possible. I called and left 3 voice messages. When you call the number a message says its not during operating hours at all times, no matter what time you call within them. Did a "request a service" on their website another 3 times over the course of weeks. No response, not even an automated one. I'm fine with someone calling saying "we're booked for the next 6 months" but I cant even get that. This is a difficult task just trying to give them money, what will happen if I need to call them for an issue? I'm sure they do great work but I have a theory. Great workers are terrible business owners, just have some secretary or intern or trained monkey to type "No, I'm busy emails". Something.

Excellent customer service & Professional installation! Very detail and great explanation of the plan on all jobs and cost. Very very professional and on time with phone calls and text messages. I can not be happier with the installation and will continue to use them. All other HVAC I have use before was just waste of money and time. Thank you mike and will continue to follow you on YouTube.

Mike and his crew are fantastic. Aside from exceptional work which is evident if you watch any of the YouTube clips, Mike’s knowledge is out of this world. Not only does he know his stuff, he also spent the time to make sure I had a solid background of the inner workings of the system. That’s very helpful to a home owner!
