Pipe Doctor is great. Show up within the time window. Text when they were on their way. Very knowledgeable, I have a Bosch Greenstar Combi unit, not everyone is familiar with the system, Daniel was. I hope I never need a plumber again, but if I do I would call Pipe Doctor first.

I've been watching Mikey Pipes on his YouTube channel for several years and recently had the opportunity to hire Pipe Doctor for a heating repair. Very happy.

Great service and value! Explained all details in a way I was able to understand. Repairs and maintenance done quickly, thoroughly, and best of all no mess to clean up afterwards! Overall a great experience and I highly recommend. Don't call Angi, call Pipe Doctor first!

Michael and pipe doctor are really gentleman when hurricane Sandy hit they were able to get me a complete new system within a few days that was a miracle

When my heating system 10 years later needed servicing they did what they could to save it so I didn't have to replace it.
Another place would have upsold me to replace the equipment .

toilets replaced technician that installed it was very courteous and informative.

I gave them a call and got an appointment in just a few days. Mike G. was great as usual. He focuses on the issue until it is completely fixed.

The owner or worker Mike came to my home and it appeared to be a good encounter until I call Pipe Doctor to get information. The office representative Jennifer was rude and disrespectful. I called back to let Mike know what happened and he said in a loud tone, “Oh go kick rocks. Go kick rocks.” What kind of response towards a customer is this. I reported them to ARW of whom they are a vendor of. Never again.

Great experience from start to finish. One of the owners, Mike, came last week for a service call on my boiler. Mike was great to work with and explained everything he checked as he did it. I signed up for their annual maintenance plan, which offers great discounts on service and parts. Today, an employee, Daniel, came for my scheduled maintenance call. Daniel was on time, extremely knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. He also took the time to explain what was being checked and provided Do’s & Dont’s for optimal performance. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone in the area for one-off or recurring needs!

I first noticed this company on “you tube” just yesterday - I have an alpine 210 condensing high efficiency gas burner that hasn’t worked properly since Friday - i had 3 contractors at my home and no one was able to get it operating properly -I was told it needed a new blower motor and a swirlplate assembly etc etc - no part houses had the items in stock - everything is back ordered - the unit would not maintain the firing of the gas flame , unit rumbled and temps in home were in the low 60’s at best - the boiler could not get water to the high temp required to properly heat the home -

I contacted the pipe Dr this am and spoke with Jennifer who could not have been more accommodating —they sent Daniel their tech this pm .. Daniel spent two hours running diagnostics of combustion and settings while on the phone with a US Boiler tech - all settings were reset , observed and re -adjusted to proper settings until it was perfect , took over an hour ..
the boiler is now firing properly , boiler water temps are as they should be, home temp is perfect and the rumbling is gone , etc —

I couldn’t be more pleased with Daniel’s service and professionalism - he’s an asset to this company and congrats to the “pipe dr” for selecting him - don’t let him go !!

Ps- I was just short of ripping the entire unit out and purchasing a more conventional gas type unit this am !!

You won’t regret using this company if all their techs are to the same standard as Daniel !!

Pipe doctor was exceedingly progressional and very tidy and neat.
