I called The Pipe Doctor on New Years Day.
My Burnham Alpine screen was flashing red and not heating the house. Mike came the next day . A Sunday no less!! He took the time to troubleshoot the problem and in no time realized the “motherboard” was shot. Fortunately for me

Great service, nice people to work with. Daniel was very knowledgeable and helpful. We called for service on Tuesday night and left an email, they called first thing Wednesday morning and were here to fix our problem before noon.

I will definitely be using this company again!! Was originally told from another plumber after he put his ear on the wall they will have to Demo entire Kitchen and it will be $2,000+. After that I spoke to Mike which was extremely informative on how to proceed. Booked service for the next day. Two technicians fixed the leaking pipe in less then an hour and only cut two holes and did not have to demolish entire kitchen. Thank you so much for the repair and the coupon.

Boiler was not working in the middle of winter and I was able to get an appointment ASAP. The lady on the phone informed me about the first hour of labor price and the process. They came in and quickly identified the issue. Gave me a quote and started fixing (replacing) the part right away, did not waste anytime finding a part because they carry replacement parts. After replacing the part, they did a full detail safety test which is the most important part of their services, safety comes first. Check for leaks indoors and outdoors, these guys are professionals! In addition, they quoted me for certain things I been wanting to update. They were honest and professionals. I will be enrolling into their gas heat service plan to prevent any future issues, now that I know that they are well equip and honest.

I am very pleased with the service that we received. Mike and Calvin were prompt, professional and personable. Mike was descriptive during the assessment and servicing. He also discussed ways that I should maintain my heating equipment as a home owner. I was left with some necessary takeaways from the conversation. When finished, the work area was tidy and ready for service. I really like that the company sends an alert advising the technician is en route to your location.
