I recently had an experience with Pipe Doctor and I must say I was disappointed. The service was slow and the pricing was higher than expected.

I called the same day and they quickly replied to my inquiry and gave me reasonable quotes. They came the next day and on time and fixed my AC unit (which is not warming enough) pretty quick. These guys are very honest with the quote and pricing (had 3 different quotes from diff companies) - and extremely professional. I would def recommend them!!!!

Daniel was awesome! Out hot water heater went out, and he came the same day and replaced our heater. He was professional, kind, knowledgeable, and made sure we were satisfied with his work. I had an emergency boiler issue and I called Pipe Doctor for an estimate. They were very professional and reasonably priced. I received an appointment that same day. Mike G showed up 2 hours later and immediately diagnosed the issue, he in detail explained the issue and the parts he would need. He had to go back to the warehouse to get the part and was back in 20 minutes to complete he job. He was very open to any questions and was very helpful. I recently had an issues with my home and had PIPE DOCTOR fix this issue. The service was great but I want to take a moment and brag about my experience with JENNIFER in the office! Every time I called in not only was JENNIFER the friendly voice that answered the phone she provided a level of customer service you don’t get anymore from big companies it was impressive! All around a great company the tech explained they pretty much do it all and if they have Employees half as outstanding as JENNIFER. I’m very happy to have PIPE DOCTOR in my corner when something goes wrong!

Mikey Pipes, the owner, was my electrician. He installed two faucets in my bathrooms for me, and he did a GREAT job! He was pleasant and helpful - very professional and friendly. I would always welcome him here.
