I’m a bit late with my review of Air Design. I can only begin by saying that my wife and I feel fortunate to have taken my neighbor’s recommendation for Air Design with the installation of our A/C system throughout our home. These gentlemen were beyond patient with all of our concerns. They took time to be sure the system would be installed in the correct location and came back numerous times to be sure we were satisfied. We had it installed in early March and as summer is finally upon us we are quite comfortable once inside. Thanks Air Design.

I was very impressed with this company's entire business model. James was well-organized and provided us with all the information we needed to select the appropriate system for our house. He was extremely pleasant to work with up front. Their secretary Gen was very nice, and patient when assisting us with finance options. Frank and his installation team had the old system removed and the new one installed in one day as promised. They were actually in front of the house early, waiting to start the job. The installation went off without any issues. The members of the crew were courteous and respectful of the house, and cleaned up nicely when done. They thoroughly explained how to operate the new thermostat, and answered all our questions regarding use of the system. We could not be happier with the entire process and with our new Carrier Infinity system. I would highly recommend this company.

I have been using Air Design for a number of years now for my annual system maintenance. Every technician that has come to the house to do the maintenance has been extremely professional. I am very pleased with their service and will continue to use them.

years. They have installed, maintained and repaired our systems over the years. They have been very responsive to our needs. They are on time and the service people have all been polite and considerate. We recommend them without reservation.

David came to my house and fix our central A/C. He and AirDesign are honest and fair. All technicians I have had come are courteous and personable.

The tech was great explain everything that was needed and did a super job. Will use Air Design again no question asked.

Jim and Frank, the owners, and the entire staff was a pleasure to deal with. They installed two new systems in our house. They also made improvements to some of the ductwork of the original systems. The team was courteous, friendly and cleaned up after the work was completed. We thought they were very professional and did a great job. Highly recommend them for future work.

I had a ductless AC system installed yesterday and have had a very positive experience every step of the process. The owners, Frank and Jim, have been responsive and honest. The crew was great and Frank arrived on the scene to supervise and answer any of my questions. George, a crew member, checked every detail of the installation and did some minor improvements. It hasn't been warm enough to run the system regularly but I don't anticipate problems. I highly recommend Air Design, Inc.
