Bob Mims Heating & Air Conditioning

My experience with Bob Mims starts with the call to the office. In over 20 years, I have been treated courteously and in a timely manner. I always ask many questions about my heating and air conditioning systems as they are a necessity in my home. The technicians answer and explain what they are doing when the units are being serviced. I am happy with the company.

Me and my father had a new furnace installed by Bob mims couple days ago. The technician names were James m, and Anthony m. They did a excellent job. They were very kind and neat. Excellent fabrication work.

Vinny was excellent, professional, very informative and went above and beyond with our maintenance schedule for the carrier furnace and humidifier. All set for winter, thank you Vinny, thank you Angela a very helpful receptionist at Bob Mims.

For starters, I had a major emergency due to a leak with my water heater. I spoke to Joanne at the office who was very friendly and informed that she could send a technician today. They asked me for the size of the water heater in case. Josh and Vinny came immediately and when they saw my unit, already knew it had to be replaced. They took the initiative of having the new water heater ready and installed it quickly. I thank them for working during these times and could not be more pleased. I had to write this review, I recommend 1,00%! Everyone was amazing.

My techn8cian, Joshua, was on time, professional, knowledgeable and very patient. Very appreciative of the service he provided.

Today I had my heating tune up. The two technicians who serviced my furnace, James and
Vincent, were punctual, polite, professional, and knowledgeable. They taught me about replacing my filter, and even left instructions on how to replace it. It is so nice to deal with caring professionals who take their job seriously and treat the customer with respect.

Very knowledgeable and helpful especially with assisting with helping me with changing filters. Much appreciated. Long time client— thanks for the good work!!

I can't say enough good things about this company. We called for emergency service for my inlaws furnace and they came the same day, diagnosed and fixed the problem at a fair price! The technician George and his helper were friendly and knowledgeable, and got the job done quickly. We even ended up purchasing an annual service protection plan for peace of mind.

I have been a customer of Bob Mims fro over 20 years and they are one of the most professional businesses with which have ever used. Unbelievably wonderful in ALL aspects--I would strongly recommend them to anyone--there should be more than 5 stars-- 10+ at least
